To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以往只賣日式鐵板燒的一休現已轉形賣港式小食。一般港式小食店的陳皮魚蛋、腸粉、燒賣等全部都屬水準之作，食得出係金龍來貨加獨門秘制醬汁。最驚喜的是店舖還有賣快餐店式生炸雞脾、雞翼、炸乳鴿等，皮脆肉嫩又多汁，絕對可以同各著名快餐店媲美。還有店舖本身的強項鐵板燒已加入各式特色鐵板小食如蒜香雞軟骨、黑椒鷄尖、鐵板抄麵等，款色繁多，真係試咗成個月都未試曬。仲意掃街的我都試過很多隱世小食店，很多時都有一、兩樣撚手小食實在出色，其他的都不值一提。全部小食水準都咁平均的真心小見，食得出係出心制作的小食店！ continue reading

肥雞有時夜咗收工，路經旺角都必然經過一間專做外賣嘅鐵板燒舖頭，今次肥雞就試下。雖然佢嘅選擇唔多，但係肥雞就揀咗佢嘅海膽忌廉餅同埋日式鰻魚炒飯。佢嘅咋海膽忌廉餅即叫即炸，食落口啲海膽將爆曬出嚟，鮮甜可口，一啲都唔油膩。 佢嘅日式鰻魚炒飯係即叫即整喺個鐵板上面炒畀你睇， 一啲都唔交行貨。用日本珍珠米同埋鰻魚碎炒成嘅飯，配埋香濃嘅燒汁，用鐵板嘅鑊氣將佢整成一碗香噴噴嘅炒飯，就算拎到返屋企一啲都冇凍，肥雞都幾欣賞佢嘅質素。 continue reading

旺角鬧市中多太美食店，行下行下見到間外賣嘅小店，因為疫情嘅關係有時一個人真係唔想出去食，買返屋企慢慢嘆都係一個選擇🤗見到間近小巴站，買完仲可以飛小巴返屋企，仲係熱辣辣超正👍🏻炸蝦天婦羅🍤有5隻，因為即叫即炸，脆卜卜好正，小食真係唔錯。鐵板炒麵🥘我選擇左拉麵，用左雞絲去炒，醬汁選用左一休醬油，醬油係自家製的食落又香又惹味，因為鐵板炒個麵特別好味👍🏻一人份量一個小食，一個主食就啱啱好喇。 continue reading

Staycation來到第三晚吃外賣，今晚找到一間很便宜又抵食的鐵板燒！位置：在較隱密的小巷中，在旺角站B2出口走幾分鐘。環境：橙黃色的門面，白字紅底的招牌，鐵板位置是用上玻璃窗，可以看到老闆如何炒，而且聞到很香。服務：主打外賣服務，沒有堂食。晚市：提供鐵板炒麵或炒飯套餐，可加錢配小食。所有食物是即叫即整，全部熱辣辣🤩。🥢鐵板炒麵🍜 $38自選了烏冬，牛柳及配燒汁，仲有香菇、木魚絲、椰菜、蒜等配菜，烏冬炒得入味不油，牛柳鮮嫩，軟硬度適中，而且蒜很多，蒜香氣味濃，味道可口。不用四十元有這樣的炒麵，很抵食👍🏻。🥢雞皮餃子🥟 $28一盒4件，第一次試吃就愛上，想不到用雞皮做的餃子是那麼與別不同，外皮炸得酥脆，超香口！裏面餡料是平常的日式餃子，但配合雞皮比普通餃皮更棒😋，值得推介👍🏼 continue reading
