Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六 Tea buffet（15：15-17：15）因為遲咗起床又未食過tea buffet就試一試，只係五六日先有。原來都幾多香港人去食，首先我覺得食物種類都唔算好多，但每樣都有少少，中式食物比較多，提取食物個範位都唔算大，係一開始時已經出現人龍，但不斷會refill，唔怕你食唔到，係怕你食得太飽。我個人最欣賞飲個椰子花膠鮑魚仔燉湯，仲有食茄汁蝦👍。點心食咗蝦餃👍和脆皮菠蘿叉燒飽👍好好食，刺生有：甜蝦，墨魚，三文魚， 北寄貝，赤貝烚菜粉麵，生滾粥炭燒牛肉都嫩，3款沙律，芝士 自制沙律菜炸物有墨魚餅 炸帶子 雞翼 春卷 咸水角豬腳薑，乳鴿生果，雪糕，蛋糕仔 楊之甘露 紫米露 芒果糯米糍 continue reading

見信用咭和酒店有合作優惠，2年前去過ok, 再參考op年初食評，book了下午茶自助餐。這天客人不多，中式點心吾同左，無咗蝦餃和雪山叉燒包，加入粉菓，亦有鮮竹卷，春卷和炸鮮奶，比以前失色。燉湯冇左花膠湯換咗鮑魚椰青湯，相比中式燉雞湯較足料好飲，比較突特出係炒蜆幾大隻惹味。亞洲和西方食物吸引，有和牛瘦身多肉，星洲炒大蝦啖啖肉，煮青口漲卜卜唔會亁硬身，卡邦尼意粉收汁靚，脆炸雞翼做到脆皮而唔會乾身。魚生三文魚和吞拿魚做到油光，軟身貨質素高。如果肉質多啲鮮味更好。兩款煙和淹製三文魚好咸香。甜品最好味係芒果卷多果肉，冬甩細細個幾好食。糖水有凍紫米露，開心果露和台式涼粉。員工服務態度好好，改善地方係添加食物比較耐。因為帶長者去，佢主要想食中式點心，期望有落差。食物整體算係唔錯。 continue reading

    每次去，由登記到入座，不同的服務員態度都好好，服務好，甜點沒什麼驚喜，但鹹食每一樣都好食每隔一段時間，會換菜式，所以時常去也不會厭，尤其點心，一直保持高水準，湯當然是冠軍🏆。 continue reading

    普通 同之前相比質素似乎有點下降

    疫情前食過佢哋嘅lunch buffet覺得真係唔錯種類多，食物質素好，所以今次再試多次佢嘅lunch buffet發覺其實咁多年後，佢啲種類都係一樣😂😂最出名嘅中菜，例如花膠 鴨掌 蒜蓉蒸蝦 片皮鴨 燒味等等，仍然都有提供，但係感覺上質素好似冇之前咁好，定係唔知係咪我期望太高，所以有啲失望🙃熟悉方面都有啲扒，意粉果啲。個意粉我就覺得唔係太好食，因為我已經係等佢新鮮新一盤拎出嚟，但係一夾嘅時候都已經爛晒，好明顯煮得過熟。甜品方面種類都算多，但係好可惜冇我最鍾意嘅焦糖燉蛋同埋之前有嘅馬卡龍，如果有呢兩樣嘢嘅話，我應該會再幫佢加多幾分🤣🤣服務態度好好，啲侍應全部都好醒目，做嘢又爽手，不過環境方面就偏迫夾。而且都好嘈，可能因為有好多一家大細一齊嚟食，會見到熟食區嗰邊有好多細路跑來跑去，老實講係有少少危險。 continue reading
