聽人講呢間餐廳成日都會推出D特別嘅創意料理出黎,幾有驚喜感咁。今次終於去左尖沙咀呢間分店食晚餐,位置上好方便之餘環境坐得都好舒適。金龍卷 $105 望個樣都幾特別,有三文魚、炸蝦、芝士捲出黎,飯卷都唔會話好大舊好方便一啖一件。三文魚都係新鮮,有少少蛋黃醬襯托住個味,炸蝦夠脆唔油幾好。芝士唔少,味道夠濃,我加左少少wasabi一齊食更加正。龍卷風 $72 另外仲有款飯卷,呢款係有鰻魚、炸蝦、芝士、青瓜、脆片。幾特別嘅外觀,真係好龍卷風咁。口感有脆身,味道上都多層次,連埋d脆片口感仲多左份脆脆嘅口感。鰻魚都幾油香,芝士味道夠濃,正正。雜錦刺身沙律 $108 沙律份量多夠兩個人食,入面有d三文魚粒吞拿魚粒同八爪魚粒,仲有唔少蟹籽。成個沙律都清新,刺身都好新鮮。蒜香牛油燒帆立貝 $42 鹿兒島黑豚荔枝卷串燒 $32串燒都燒得唔差,帆立貝一串兩大粒,加左牛油同蒜一齊燒好香,咬落肉質夠實淨彈牙。另外串黑豚荔枝卷都幾特別,黑豚片捲住粒荔枝入口食到粒荔枝好多汁爆出黎,個味道酸酸甜甜咁淡化左黑豚肉個份油膩感,幾特別。
