想找一點特色小店嗎?太子酒吧街就有一間在小巷中的隱世居酒屋🏮一路行入去想起以前在日本找隱世小店的日子~木系居酒屋裝潢配上輕快音樂~氣氛一流~我看了一下黑板上有很多特別菜式,平常好小見到,有些是之前去食廚師發辦時才有試過呢😳想不到這裏也會有供應~✨慢煮鵝肝(4件) $98相信鵝肝控平時都會食過煎鵝肝,不過慢煮鵝肝就好少有機會食。慢煮鵝肝保持到原形之外,仲保持到鵝油香,入口順滑,底下仲有清甜嘅白蘿蔔,大大減低油膩感🐔雞肝 $32雞肝非常粉嫩,醬汁濃郁,完全遮蓋內臟嘅腥味,外脆內軟🐖慢煮五花腩(150g) $128經過慢煮嘅五花腩,入口極之鬆化,將多餘嘅油份都逼走咗,少咗份油膩感,但又有豬油嘅香味,份量適合2-4人食🐂牛舌心 $68牛舌心係牛舌中間最嫩嘅部分,有啲啲咬口但唔韌,配埋黃芥末子醬,令牛味更加突出🐟魔鬼魚面肉 $68魔鬼魚喺香港都比較少食,而魔鬼魚面珠墩就更加難有。呢個面珠墩食落有啲煙煙韌韌,有啲似平時食海班嘅質地,加少少赤柚子胡椒,辣味令味蕾更衝擊🍙明太子飯團 $48明太子同飯混合整成飯團,令每粒飯都充滿明太子嘅味道,經過炭燒更加香脆🧀薰煙芝士 $38芝士鹹味比較重,好適合送酒,例如係日本清酒🍮甜品黑芝麻布丁餐後每人會送一個甜品,黑芝麻布丁入面有紅豆蓉、藍莓同埋士多啤梨 continue reading

呢間串燒店嘅前身係「隱町」,食過覺得好好食,後來轉咗手,都係做串燒,裝修冇乜變,食物多左種類,所以想試下好冇食~係openrice見到訂座有9折,而且夜晚10點後有深宵套餐,好抵食,$198有一杯生啤+七串串燒,咁緊係食啦🤣我同朋友都勁期待點知係惡夢既開始⋯⋯⋯😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫我地準時去到餐廳,發現勁多人坐滿曬,一問原來係有人包場⋯我地已經心諗:下?!book咗枱又confirm咗,黎到先講??😰😰店員即刻問老細點算,然後就offer我地去隔離火鍋店到食😰完全冇咗食串燒既心情,係火鍋店食串燒,笑😂😂個陣已經夜晚10點幾,附近餐廳都閂晒,係完全冇得揀嘅情況下,我哋被迫接受上到去,我地㨂左深宵套餐,諗住自選串燒既時候,先通知我地話係廚師發辦⋯⋯我地大失預算,勁失望🙍🏻‍♀️餐牌又冇寫清楚仲要話冇生啤機,就咁比啲支裝啤酒🍻大佬,兩個級數同價錢啦☹️☹️☹️等食物都等左好耐,估到店員偷懶,一定係等齊7串先拎上黎比我地,凍曬又硬曬,串燒食既係火侯❗️熱辣辣先好食架嘛😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫上完2碟都冇介紹係啲咩就一走了之,留低我同朋友係火鍋店,之後就冇人serve過我地😰食唔夠半個鐘,就話要埋單先😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨明明個深宵套餐做到凌晨2點,會唔會咁早要埋數呀??真心食到成肚火,食完就走人,一秒都唔想留係到🥵🥵平係平,但如果咁既服務同體驗,不了不了🫠Openrice食評個個都大讚,一間新開既餐廳有咁多好評,0負評,大家知咩料啦🤗🤗🤗PS 最過分係我明明出席咗,餐廳話我缺席,好彩我有keep住張單據,以証清白!先打到呢個食評警世❗️ continue reading

🌘夜幕低垂,係太子有一條橫街窄巷掛滿紅燈籠🏮寫上串燒2個字,估唔到有一間隱世嘅居酒屋🍢🍶環境:7/10麻雀雖小,五臟俱全,好似日本嘅深宵食堂🏮,一條長bar枱,可以拉近廚師同食客之間嘅距離,互相交流💞食物:8/10唐揚涼瓜 $58,胡麻菠菜$38店長推薦,炸物乾身,去了涼瓜嘅苦澀只得甘味,保留到涼瓜特色又易入口,菠菜賣相igable📸,特製麻醬同菠菜都相當match🤗清酒煮蜆 $88份量都算多,清酒味香但唔濃,蜆肉吸收清酒精華清甜可口😘汁燒雞肉蔥串 $38,波子提豬肉卷$48,白鱔$78提子加豬肉依個組合相當創新,但重點係白膳‼️皮脆肉嫩,盡顯師傅功架日本和牛扒 $188 (150g),蒜香牛肉蔥卷 $58和牛用鐵板燒方式處理,約3-4成熟,入口充滿油香,口感軟淋,調味料將牛味帶出,齒頰留香🤤蒜香牛肉蔥卷都相當惹味,蔥蒜味冇遮蓋牛味,一啖食哂幸福感滿滿💓Heroes手工啤x2 $116依次嘅手工啤係HEROES BEER CO,今次試左茉莉香片小麥啤同鳳凰單欉淡啤,前者啤酒味咪較淡,用茉莉花茶冷泡而成,帶有淡淡茉莉花香🌸,較易入口,後者用鳳凰單欉冷泡而成,帶熱帶水果乾同花香,雖然如此但不搶走啤酒味,正😋💰性價比:7.5/10 人均300-400左右,食物水準高,隱世人情味小店要多多支持❣️ continue reading
