#lavache!as i always said, every resto has a chance.my fd eat there with gf and told me i must try this becose is not too expensive food compared to traditional streak house. just 398+1$ =444 per head. they free us a cake. come along with salad and 10oz steak and unlimited fries.resto serve only one dish. that must be their signature, just like japan ramen shop. they insist the best food and the only food to costomer. they did it.steak: i dunno whats that. its crispy burn outside which is nice. inside is red and pink as i ordered medium and right to the optimum. u can see the plate dont hv extra blood means they had used high fire to seal all the meat juic inside. very good chef cooking skill. the steak is juicy and tinder inside. much better than some of the 1000$+ steak house.salad: well blended with nuts. so good taste and make me release from the guilt that eat good meat.fries: its exactly same as McDonald but crispier version. yum.cake: a bit too sweet. not my type.they make it right. all food are good quality. i wont say best. but 444$ is worth. shall i come back? yes 🤝 thankyou#food #hkfood #hongkongfood #台灣美食 #日本グルメ #ukfood #澳洲美食 #馬保國 #香港美食 #深圳美食 #hkfoodpoet #閃電五連鞭

服务好差 明明还在吃 盘子里还有很多 就过来问能不能收盘子… 吃了一个多小时就催促买单 明明还有很多很多空位子… the service is so poor , waitress is not paying attention to anything . Wants to take away the plate while we are just still eating. And keep reminding us we need to pay and leave while there are lots of empty seats !

呢間牛扒店基本上可以選擇嘅只有牛扒嘅生熟、嘢飲、甜品同埋飲咩水，而牛扒只會供應肉眼扒。1️⃣餐前沙律+法棍包佢個沙律有啲合桃，配埋沙律醋真係幾好食，而且佢啲沙律菜應該係奶油生菜，口感甜脆爽口，加埋沙律醋酸酸地幾開胃2️⃣牛扒+無限任添鴨油炸薯條牛扒碟下面有蠟燭烘住Keep Warm，佢啲牛扒已經切好一件件，食嗰陣都方便嘅，我地中意食生啲就Order左Rare。除咗牛扒佢仲會提供炸薯條，佢啲薯條真係非常好食，佢見到你食到差不多嘅時候會過嚟拎住一盤啱啱炸起嘅薯條，問你要唔要，如果個胃仲有位嘅朋友一定要起碼食多一轉！！3️⃣甜品-Mille Feuille食完正餐就梗係要食甜品啦，佢嘅甜品可能每日都唔同，你就可以問佢今日有咩甜品，佢就會推車仔俾你揀，咁你就揀你想食咩。我見呢千層酥好似好吸引咁，佢嚟到嘅時候比display嗰份大份。結果我食唔晒就問佢可唔可以打包，雖然已經比我「了」到爛晒，侍應都好好心機咁樣拎入廚房幫我打包。不得不說餐廳服務周到，侍應全部都好有禮貌，用膳過程亦都會過嚟啲嘢食O唔OK，而且環境係經典嘅西式餐廳Feel，係幾好Feel，不過餐廳環境比較暗，所以影相冇咁好睇。

星期六晚餐廳人頭湧湧。餐廳只提供一個$398 的牛扒餐，冇任何其他extra add on dish 可以揀。沙律：沙律菜伴以開胃的陳醋汁、核桃、raddish。我鐘意佢個汁唔會太酸。唔錯！麵包：好硬嘅法包。冇特別。牛扒：主角來了。放係一個蠟燭點燃住嘅鐵盤上。賣相令人期待。法式牛扒一般都較薄，食落個外層皮都有焦香味，都有牛味。牛扒質感鬆軟，但偏瘦，唔算好juicy。仲有牛油沾醬，帶淡淡的芥末味。薯條：有香味。但太鹹！食到後面，我要用手捽甩d鹽先搞得掂。可以無限refill。環境：★★★★☆ 食物： ★★★★☆ 值得試指數： ★★★★☆

經OP訂位本身係應有甜品送，去到話無。又話我哋用中文book唔知OpenRice 比訂坐既選擇 - 生日 = birthday？前台個外籍女店員服務差，係到話識睇中文但唔明意思？另外，食嘅時候見你一個食完就好快趕住收嘢，但其他人仲係食緊。食物就係牛扒加任食薯條😙，牛扒自己定想幾成熟。5成最好，7成覺得有少少老同肉質太實！5成就好軟林，而牛味不過不失，牛味淡左少許，有醬汁配埋就幾好既。環境就多幾寬敞同有強音樂都幾chill既~ 不過一個餐係$398 - 沙律、牛扒同埋薯條。計埋服務態度既話性價比唔高，食一次無下次既感覺。
