To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Weekend 同閨蜜去食Brunch, 今日揀選去Porterhouse食海鮮早午自助餐, 之前晚飯都來食過,服務及食物都高質。今次龍蝦, 生蠔, 長腳蟹,高質牛肉肉任食,真係好底。沙律吧有數十款沙律,凍火腿,芝士,肉枱有Wagyu 牛肉, 脆皮火烤豬肉卷, 仲有芝士焗龍蝦。海鮮檔更精彩,一定要食Lobster Roll, 大大個龍蝦鉗做餡料,麵包香脆。秘製青口,凍龍蝦🦞好多膏好肥味。長腳蟹,生蠔源源不絕,非常新鮮。熱葷有蒸魚,龍蝦意大利粉,炸雞,咖喱豬肉等等。甜品有兩款雪糕及不同種類蛋糕,有經典傳統的蛋糕款及多類甜品,非常滿足。 continue reading

自從上次食過porterhouse 的晚餐後,對呢間餐廳大大加分,因為不論食物、環境及服務都很好,所以同朋友再來這裏吃weekend brunch,這裏的brunch 是海鮮為主題,所以海鮮豐富,深得我心,所以都坐無虛席! Spectacular Seafood brunch( $598/成人)($279/小童) 海鮮種類非常多,冷盤就有生蠔、龍蝦、青口、大蝦、蟹腳及蟹鉗,因為我好鍾意食海鮮,所以每款都試少少,海鮮非常的新鮮,龍蝦鮮味,肉質爽口彈牙,鮮味滿分👍🏻;青口配上泰式醬汁,辣辣地好惹味;生蠔海水味滿滿,鮮甜😋吃完冷盤海鮮基本上已飽了一半😂而除了海鮮外,前菜也是非常吸引,多種沙律前菜、煙三文魚、cold cut、芝士、醃菜等以供選擇。若果鍾意熱食的朋友,也有很多選擇,龍蝦就有2款口味,分別是芝士及芝士磨菇焗龍蝦、紅酒炖牛肉、韓式炸雞、中式蒸魚、牛柳、羊架、即煮意粉等,還有龍蝦湯!選擇多又美味😋早午餐甜品當然唔少得,新鮮水果、各式甜品蛋糕,例如panna cotta ,cheese cake , cream brûlée,tiramisu 等都有,仲有雪糕,每人都可以找到心頭好~頭好🤩🥂2-hr free-flow booze ($228)習慣吃早午餐要喝一點sparking wine, 是習慣,也是愛好,這裏當然也有提供,只要加$228就可以2小時無限暢飲Prosecco, 紅白酒、朝日啤酒等,而且店員都好熱烈為你添酒,我的酒杯就沒有一刻是沒有酒的,斟得很勤快🤣 continue reading

Porter House嘅海鮮早午自助餐,每位$598。食物真係幾豐富。佢哋嘅海鮮選擇多,而且新鮮。有龍蝦🦞、長腳蟹🦀、蝦🦐、青口同生蠔🦪等等。龍蝦肉質好鮮嫩,長腳蟹肉飽滿,蝦同青口都好甜美,生蠔更係帶出海水嘅鮮味。食海鮮都抵😋唔止有海鮮,佢哋仲有一個烤肉專區。呢度嘅烤肉肉質嫩滑多汁,每一口都有炭燒嘅香味。不論係牛肉、豬肉,佢哋烤得啱啱好,鍾意食肉肉嘅你應該都好滿足🥩🍖另外,佢哋仲有即煮意大利麵、熱溶芝士、精選沙律、凍肉拼盤同甜品等等選擇。即煮意大利麵煮得啱啱好,有彈牙嘅口感,仲可以自己揀醬料同配料。熱溶芝士係一個令人垂涎嘅美食,芝士香濃,好好味。精選沙律新鮮,凍肉拼盤有好多款肉類嘅選擇。可以嚐到唔同口感同風味嘅肉類。甜品方面,有好多款,包括蛋糕🍰、布甸🍮、水果🍉同埋雪糕🍦。唔止食物好出色,Porter House餐廳嘅服務都好好。工作人員友善熱情,令人感到舒適同滿意。 continue reading
