睇一間中菜館得唔得可以睇吓佢嘅楊州炒飯炒得好唔好，英國餐廳就睇佢嘅fish and chips，而西班牙餐廳當然睇佢嘅Paella啦！第一次嚟呢間餐廳，佢嘅Paella基本上完全唔正宗唔得，唔好話同西班牙食到嘅完全兩回事，就連香港好多其他本地嘅西班牙餐廳都比唔上。飯質嘅口感、滲透嘅海鮮味、賣相完全唔可以稱得上正宗，最莫名其妙嘅係喺啲飯上面加咗啲類似沙律醬嘅物體，真係有啲懷疑佢有冇違反商品說明條例。另外叫咗個Croquetas同Sangria都有類似情況，不過個蒜蓉蝦就整得唔錯。服務算可以，不過有人駐埸唱歌就比較嘈（可能因為佢嘅唱功有好大嘅進步空間）！ continue reading

今日四點半入座，落單叫咗二人high tea set套餐及花茶。結果等咗三十五分鐘，什麼食物及花茶都沒有出現，追問待應又沒有結果。又話花茶煲緊需時，最後拍枱走人。香港有呢種餐廳呢種服務態度，吾怪得無人幫襯。留一個客人肯在港消費幾百蚊食一個tea吾容易，浪費我們時間，真正垃圾餐廳。 continue reading

我終於抽到時間過嚟APM Reserva lberica試一試 ☺️☺️餐廳環境好靚，仲有我最鍾意窗口位🥰好適合同屋企人或朋友慶祝食飯，呢間係唔錯嘅選擇👍🏻👍🏻我之前已經去過尖沙咀海港城Reserva lberica食過好好食，而尖沙咀侍應同我講話APM逢星期六晚都會有Music show，氣氛非常之好。我聽到之後勁開心，就決定揾一次約埋朋友一齊過嚟聽歌食飯。嗰晚我哋去到餐廳門口，侍應帶到我哋坐低，之後俾兩杯水我哋，之後講解一下佢哋餐牌，態度非常友善。之後我同朋友決定叫咗個晚餐二人set，我哋仲升級左伊比利亞火腿拼盤😋值得一提，佢哋有個主菜：威靈頓西班牙豬，好好味🤤威靈頓牛就食得多，冇諗過西班牙豬都可以咁樣做法，我同朋友都大讚好食。我哋一面食一面聽住浪漫抒情英文歌，一首一首又一首相熟歌曲，自然就會跟住唱起來🎤🎼咩煩悶心情都放鬆晒😌今次體驗果然冇令我哋失望，同樣野食好好味😋現場仲有歌聽，我同朋友用餐都好開心。 continue reading
