To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友帶我嚟食印尼菜,呢間係佢家姐姐推介嘅餐廳,話啲嘢食正宗兼好味,價錢又貼地。七點幾嚟到全場滿座,我哋去咗張大枱度搭枱,雖然係樓梯底,但個位幾闊落幾好座,冷氣十足仲好舒服添😆⭐咖啡沙冰Es Kopi Vanilla Smoothie 餐牌嘅特色飲品好多,有幾款嘢都想試,睇嚟睇去就先試杯咖啡沙冰,雖然中文寫係沙冰,但我覺得飲落似奶昔多啲,質感咁好杰身,咖啡味就係平時飲開嘅三合一嗰隻味啦😎⭐椰青Kelapa Muda朋友一向鍾意飲椰青,所以佢今日都係揀咗椰青,冰冰凍凍都好好飲㗎👍⭐巴東牛肉飯Nasi Rendang港式巴東牛肉就成日食啦,今次試下印尼正宗嘅巴東牛肉,意外地原來係唔辣嘅,牛肉炆得好軟腍,個醬汁鹹鹹地帶啲香料香,送飯一流😋⭐燒牛仔骨飯Nasi Ika Bakar自己叫咗呢款燒牛仔骨飯,再轉左斑蘭飯,我見其他人個飯喺砌到一個塔咁,點解我呢款冇嘅🤔冇得靚靚打卡添。牛仔骨有四片,已剪開好易咬,朋友話個色水好似鎮江骨,食落酸酸甜甜其實都真係有啲似㗎,伴碟除咗蝦片,仲有一件炸茄子同埋一個雜豆糕,顏色靚靚之餘仲好豐富㗎🤤⭐沙嗲雞肉三串 & 沙嗲羊肉三串Sate Ayam 3 Tusuk & Sate Kambing 3 Tusuk本來想叫啲小食,但好似啲小食得下午茶先有得叫,最後我哋揀咗三串雞肉同埋三串羊肉串燒,燒得幾香口唔乾身,個沙嗲汁好好味,不過個羊肉完全冇羊騷味,都唔係好食得出佢係咪真係羊肉添,哈哈🤭⭐鹹魚通菜Sayur Kangkung Cha Ikan Asin本身叫蝦醬通菜,但店員話其實馬拉盞同蝦醬係一樣,個餐牌寫錯咗,呢款應該係鹹魚通菜,唔緊要呀,試下都好,碟菜好大碟,鹹鹹地都幾好味,食到有鹹魚味,但目測見唔到🤔咁神奇嘅。食完坐喺度一陣飲埋杯嘢,見店員開始大聲播歌,原來餐廳收8點40分,嘩,好早收門呀😳下次都係預早少少嚟食先,呵呵。 continue reading

在香港打工的印尼姐姐應該有很多吧,所以,總覺得印尼餐廳應該有一定的客路,而今晚來到位於旺角地鐵站附近的「Restoran Indonesia Kampung Kita」,主打就是賣正宗印尼美食。踏入餐廳內,地方不大,目測所見看上去大部分都是印尼同鄉,稱得上是印尼人的食堂,故對店家的印尼菜更具信心。本身對印尼菜不太熟悉,看過餐牌之後,食材都多元化,不過烹煮技巧都已燒、炸為主調,屬於脆口、重口味的菜式。此外,一看上去就知戈待應都是印尼人,不用擔心溝通不來,因為招待我們的姐姐說得一口流利廣東話,彼此溝通絕無問題。印尼也十分流行吃串燒,而這裡的串燒也是即點即做,實需耐心等候。點了一客「沙爹羊肉串配飯團」($89),沙嗲羊肉吃來羶香十足,沾上沙爹醬更是美味極了。飯糰有別我們想像的日式飯糰,其實是米糕多一點,還配有香脆的蝦片、清爽的青瓜和酸香的番茄。另一主食就選了「燒䱽魚飯」($99),大大條䱽魚燒得焦香,加上濃郁的醬汁,肉質嫩滑,食味真不俗,飯粒又軟綿綿。此外,伴碟的還有炸茄子、炸豆腐及炸天貝,令整道菜式變得更豐富。除兩道主食,當然要多有一道蔬菜「馬拉盞通菜」($69),通菜質感十分之爽脆,而馬拉盞醬很惹味,令通菜變得錦上添花,好吃。飲品方面,較 好奇這「牛油果沙冰」($39)是怎麼樣,一身翠綠色,喝來口感很綿密細滑,但較像奶昔多一點,因偏重奶香味,整體還是不錯的。初次品嚐印尼菜感覺確是很特別,領略一下異國風味,蠻不錯的體驗! continue reading

朋友家中幫手係印尼姐姐,偶然到訪會食到印尼食物,傾談中佢介紹平時佢地去開嘅餐廳,近花園街,方便佢地血拼完開餐。面積唔算太大間,餐牌已放大掛係牆上未食過印尼湯粉類,主打牛丸類,呢碗就仲特別D,係牛骨牛丸湯粉 ($59)。一大舊牛骨,以剁碎牛肉再包返,類似越南蔗蝦,口感鬆軟,牛味幾出; 而粒牛丸口感札實。清甜湯底有生菜及芹菜粒,配合粉絲一齊食,黎得爽口。呢碗粉絶對有驚喜。去食東南亞菜式,飲品當然要配合返,呢度嘅飲品選擇同飯類一樣咁多,就叫柑桔冰 ($29)同椰青 ($39),前者真係唔係好多地方有得飲,味道酸中帶甜,好開胃吓; 而椰青飲完可以食埋椰青肉,清甜。超級大碟就係佢………………………馬拉盞通菜 ($69),真係食極都食唔完咁 (哈哈…)。以辣椒加上少少魚乾仔一齊炒,味道唔會過咸,多食菜有益的。燒鷄差唔多係每個國家都必有菜式,今晚就試下峇里燒鷄 ($90/半隻)有咩唔同。見到鷄皮上有層”令令”地,試下就咁食係食到甜甜地味道,似由細食到大嘅蜜糖燒鷄翼。另有醬汁又點下,味道帶點辣度同惹味,鷄皮燒完帶點焦香味,鷄肉無燒乾。出名嘅椰漿飯 ($25)梗要叫黎送鷄食,飯粒椰漿味唔算太出,內有魚乾仔及炸蒜。巴東牛肉 ($128)係印尼人招待貴賓的菜式,所以呢個價錢都算係”貴賓價”,哈哈…….以椰漿及多種特色香料煮成嘅牛腩肉,醬汁味道香濃,用黎配飯/飽都岩數; 牛肉煮得相多腍及入味,幾好味。無收加一,份量相當對眼,價錢相當貼地,姐姐好介紹。 continue reading

👩🏻其實幾鐘意食印尼菜,平時都要去銅鑼灣食,估唔到而家喺旺角都食到!✨印尼炒飯$79炒飯質地濕潤,鹹鹹香香,感覺大人細路都鐘意🤣。最正係有埋蝦片同串燒,齊晒香港人嘅印尼comfort food。雞肉串燒肉質彈牙又多肉汁,好食過大多數串燒鋪🫨。下次會想試埋牛肉、羊肉串。提提大家,佢哋嘅sambal勁辣🥵。✨椰汁雜菜$69椰汁、蝦膏煮成嘅湯汁以鹹香為主,略帶椰汁香味。豆角煮到好腍同冇青味。印尼菜成日有嘅臭豆甜甜哋幾好味。✨燒牛仔骨$138 牛肉骨燒到好香,肉汁mix埋醬油嘅香甜。肉質易咬,筋膜位唔會硬唔會韌。佢哋嘅grill真係好高質!✨香茅椰糖薑蜜$29✨珍多冰$29兩款都好重椰糖香!同埋薑蜜味道超辣🫨。因為佢哋有啲嘢食都幾辣,建議叫凍飲🤫。 continue reading
