Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天得家中印尼女傭推介,一行4人到這間餐廳用晚膳。叫了一個炸雞芝士撈麵,Gado Gado,雜錦飯及椰漿飯。一人一碟大大碟,食不完。沙嗲汁少少辣非常美味,蝦片色彩繽紛,擺盤亦非常吸引。飲品方面,叫了柑桔冰及青檸梳打。飲品可口不太甜。中價價錢食到正宗印尼食品,物有所值。交通方便,餐廳裝修大路。但叫餐後須要點耐性,不要抱著香港式快餐步伐心態,否則定必掃興影響心情。不懂印尼語毋須擔心,餐牌有中文輔助,侍應亦懂得廣東話,溝通並不會有問題。

假期後嘅旺角,人流唔算多,經過花園街見到新開咗一間印尼餐廳,嗅到味忽然想食返串印尼沙嗲,即刻行入去試吓,地方唔算大只有五張卡位及兩張大檯,下晝六點已幾乎坐滿只能坐大檯同姐姐們搭檯,點咗黃薑飯、羊肉沙嗲同埋牛油果沙冰,飲品先到,可以飲到新鮮牛油果香味,沙冰夠滑但似乎唔夠凍。等咗超過半小時黃薑飯來到,竹盤盛上飯夠香,辣椒醬夠辣(有膠盒另上,自問唔食得辣就咪試),配菜有炸雞髀、牛腩、炸矮瓜、青瓜片、蕃茄、炸椰絲、炸魚仔同埋雜菜,味道唔錯翻炸雞髀雞皮夠脆但肉略微乾咗啲。食晒啲飯再等,等,等,終於見到沙嗲羊肉來啦,望吓個表,由落單起計足足係一個鐘先至到,係香港嘅餐廳要等一個鐘上菜的確匪夷所思,幸好食到冇令人失望嘅燒羊肉沙嗲,羊肉新鮮多汁冇羶味,炭爐燒得啱啱好。要你等一個鐘先有得食 你試唔試?
