1. 預約想book19:30必需要whatsapp,佢响OP平台獨獨skip咗呢個時段, 事實又明明有位。2. 環境裝修不錯,但高腳櫈並不舒適,當日所坐的位置無得置物。枱有點細,趕快吃完收走才可上下一道菜。餐廳附近僅此商場,地點不算就腳。3. 服務個別店員極具個性,對話不喜正面面向人;明明聽到你,又好似聽唔到你講嘢咁。然後語氣比較倔,服務不算好。(英語店員服務較佳)4. 食物4.1 唯一推薦 蟹肉奄列($168)網評話蛋皮太乾,我覺得可以接受,蟹肉餡料豐富,配合是拉差醬,相當惹味。作為前菜,兩個人分,份量剛剛好。4.2 肉碎生菜包($118)唔係好食得出酸辣口味,配的生菜量極少,有薄荷葉和九層塔之類的Herbs。但Herbs不太乾淨,面頭食落有層嘢,不肯定有冇洗過。肉碎較腍,洋葱帶甜,整體咬口、香口略嫌不足。(如果佢Herbs係炒埋落去應該好好多)朋友負評,我覺得合格。4.3 冬蔭功($78 x 2)一嗌必需叫兩碗起,朋友唔太愛都變相迫住嗌,user-unfriendly。而一碗要$78細碗,性價比低。用料:量ok、質唔ok,蝦冇記錯有3隻細size,但不太新鮮。煲出黎不過不失,不夠濃厚。4.4 泰北咖哩金麵($128),多人熱門推介一半炸脆一半淋汁,淋汁那一半口感似伊麵,但又不算太好食,咖喱汁同個麵不算太夾,雞扒又有點乾。個驚艷位响邊?純粹係本地較少見有此菜式選擇。總結本身喜愛食泰菜,以其他店為benchmark的話,此店食物水平僅為中等。尤其是一些需要真功夫的基本款就即時見新章,比如泰菜靈魂冬蔭功。打卡一試是可以的,推薦人地山長水遠特登去食就大可不必。 continue reading

朋友住奧運,我去探佢之後一齊食飯佢就提議去大角咀既 Restoran SAYA,我網上見到餐廳拎左米芝蓮推介,所以就一齊去試下。位置都幾好搵,位於大角咀利奥坊二期地下,由奧運站行過去大約幾分鐘左右。Restoran SAYA 供應泰國菜,餐廳以湖水綠色為主調,配搭藤製家具同埋壁畫,滲出泰國風情。餐廳主打泰國依善地區既傳統泰菜,首先以清新既泰式柚子蝦沙律 Miang Som O ($128) 揭開序幕,然後就叫左蟹肉奄列 Kai Jiaw ($168)。分量夠大,適合同朋友分享,食落面層脆身,都有蛋香,內裡盛載住飽滿既蟹肉,唔錯。Restoran SAYA 喺招牌菜加上最多客人叫既菜式之一就有泰北咖喱金麵  Khao Soy ($128),喺咖喱中加入椰漿,咖喱味同椰香平衡,配上炭烤雞肉,雞肉食落都夠鬆軟。餐廳都有不同咖喱既菜式,可以配上虎蝦、燒鴨、牛肋條、雞、軟殼蟹等,當晚就品嚐左泰式荔枝紅咖喱配燒鴨 Kaeng Phed Ped Yang ($148),燒鴨肉質都夠彈性,唔會乾柴,旁邊既香草蒜蓉麵包醮上紅咖喱一齊食就最合適。炭火燒牛肉 Suea Rong Hai ($208) 係餐廳另一多人叫既菜式之一,牛肉經炭燒製,肉質鬆軟,配上 Chimichurri Sauce 阿根廷青醬都幾夾。最後甜品餐廳有三款,我就叫左芒果燸米飯 ($78) ,芒果甜美,燸米飯煙韌。 continue reading
