//灣仔薔紅// 𝗛𝗞 𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼’𝘀呢間餐廳真係不得了,食過外國燒雞的我表示呢間真心吊打咩嘢Nando’s/ KFC… 雖然佢多人,但服務又唔錯,會主動比多張櫈你擺袋;見隔離倒瀉檸茶又主動補杯俾人,人情味爆燈。未到7點間野就已經坐滿人,同樓下茶記拍烏蠅小貓三四隻好大對比。必點燒春雞,佢可以比你配薯菜/意粉/飯。熱辣辣上菜,見住層皮又薄又脆仲要有啲油脂,即刻胃口開哂。一撕開,不得了,啲雞油封得好好,肉質一望就知嫩滑,火喉控制100分。明顯調味都係只在皮表面,所以要連皮食先有咸香味,就咁食肉可能就差啲啦,要點醬汁。另外仲叫咗個玫瑰豉油雞米粉,雞色澤均勻,仲要比髀位我抵哂,隻雞又係超滑,覺得下次可以試佢其他燒味。兩個人食完埋單都係$150左右,掂。 continue reading

一直都想去幫襯這裡的招牌燒雞,聞說以前夏蕙姨也是常客,她也特別❤️這兒的燒🐔。其實今年農曆年初五上過去,點知摸門釘。今日5.1,一於拉老公一齊去擦雞雞吧!去到時大約十二點,不用等位(可能因為天雨🌧️關係,少咗人出街。)看了一陣餐牌,決定叫一份燒雞午餐及一個黯然消魂飯(因餐牌上寫住Must Eat),於是都想試吓。只雞一上枱,好吸睛。因為燒得好靚(金黃色),一邊切一邊冒煙,真係剛剛燒起,熱騰騰好好味。🐓🐓皮薄多汁又嫩滑,真係不錯,個薯仔沙律也好好味!至於個叉燒蛋飯,個蛋比叉燒出色。個叉燒塊塊都厚切,吃時口感好好,但嫌它有點兒瘦。不過整體不難吃(但又不能稱得上叫「好吃」)。整體來講,是次用餐都幾滿足。食物质量幾好,而且收拾枱面的阿姐成日唔該前唔該後,都幾寬容。不過,請注意:這裡是從地面步行上一層才到達的茶餐廳。我相信沒有電梯上去。如攜同老人家👵🏻👴🏻或坐輪椅的人士,應該不太方便。 continue reading

星期六两點半經過湾仔,本來想去一間老店食下午茶,就到目的地却見到薔红廣告,餐牌好似好吸引,不如就上去試吓,上到一樓,地方都算大,坐低叫咗個一口西多、乾炒牛河,奶茶同红豆冰,首先嚟嘅一口西多,外表好吸引,食落都幾好食,乾炒牛河就比較肥,碟底都見到油,牛肉就好似落咗好多粉處理,但味道都Ok。最失望就係奶茶,外觀奶嘅份量適中,不過嚴重缺乏茶味,可以講奶茶未達水平。红豆冰就不過不失,算幾好飲,有啲特色用维他奶。總體尚可,食物都可以算中等水平,只係未試過佢出名嘅燒春雞,下次可以試吓。 continue reading

灣仔的士界名物果然有啲料到,薄脆雞皮嫩滑爆汁燒春雞,值得去會一會佢🫡!・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🐤 脆皮燒春雞 HK$88・味道:漏晒雞汁嘅熱辣辣出煙燒雞( º﹃º )!外皮脆到一督就散開,當薯片食XD,入面啲雞好嫩滑好香,淨食雞肉就冇乜味嘅,配埋豉油脆雞皮就啱啱好,唔使點咩淮鹽or酸辣醬。配舊式茶記曲薯,唔知點解係覺得脆啲香口啲🤤・口感:外皮乾身薄脆,入面嫩滑爆晒雞汁,冇得唔好食啦!・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・🤰性價比:高~🤰9衝度:9衝~🤰結論:去食啦!!!!!!!!!!!!!好食!・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ continue reading
