同同事OT完一齊搵嘢食,又想飲酒又想食燒鳥,就定位公司附近的Sakeh居酒屋。落座後先選了一款清酒,越後櫻純米大吟釀,仲特登撿佐兩隻綠色杯來飲酒。大吟釀入口不辣,口味清爽,帶淡淡米香味,總體來講口味比較清淡所以同好多菜式都比較搭。前菜點佐個汁煮花螺,花螺好大粒,肉厚身易脫殼,甜酒味道好足,一份大概有五六隻。跟著上佐蒜蓉牛油燒日本元貝,元貝又嫩又浸滿牛油香味,加埋蒜蓉非常入味。歐洲特級龍蝦已經剝出蝦身,非常彈牙,唯配醬鹹佐滴。自家製兔治雞肉軟骨配合蛋黃非常滑口。日本生蠔是經open rice訂位有送的,非常新鮮。澳洲牛小排烤得剛剛好,一口一塊,汁多味鮮,表面一層淡淡焦味,加一滴青檸汁解膩提鮮。牛俐烤得好嫩,兩串唔夠食。燒烤蔬菜好唔錯,我哋一口氣點佐五款,翠玉瓜,茄子,mini辣椒仔,冬菇同秋葵,搭配秘制的醬料非常好味。驚喜的是芝士年糕,表面又熱又脆卜卜,心入面是流質的芝士,口感好特別。日本原隻水果雪葩有幾種口味,有蘋果香蕉柚子等等,四五款。我哋喊佐一個柚子味的雪葩,外表有啲似橙,但其實入口是非常香濃的柚子味,入面的雪糕又滑又香,確實是好特別。 continue reading
