多年無見的朋友想食泰菜,所以去K11旁邊的泰菜館。 平日時段, 內堂幾乎滿座,食物應該有一定水準。  在舒服的卡位就座後,要盡快點菜。因為此店用餐限時90分鐘呀! 肉碎生菜包 ~ 豬肉泰國有名的開胃小食,先嚐一口原味的豬肉。帶著濃厚香茅味的豬肉碎碎容易咬,除了鹹,辣,還有那明顯的酸味。是青檸汁!在生菜放一匙豬肉碎,包好變成泰式samgyeopsal,再一野放入口慢慢咬,感受生菜的脆和豬肉的軟,還有那短切香茅和薑葱蒜粒粒的香味,是久違的泰國小食。大家你一件我一口的,很快就把肉碎生菜包消滅了。 鐵板蠔仔炒蛋     蠔仔全熟不爆漿,蛋亦全熟有金黃焦焦邊,口感煙韌,蛋香和蠔味很明顯。  沾上鹹辣的Sriracha醬,滿滿的泰國風味。下方有大量的肥而短的芽菜,是香港少見的芽菜。有了芽菜墊底,防止蠔仔蛋變乾變硬,又可吸收煎蠔仔炒蛋的油份呢! 鹽焗鱸魚整條帶鱗的鱸魚,表面抹上大量鹽再焗,有如煎封的效果,可保魚肉原汁原味。魚腹放入香茅南薑葱等香料,為魚肉的鮮味提昇至另一層次。魚肉嫩滑有光澤,沾上魚鱗的鹽粒很美味,但沾上泰式酸辣汁更正。開始幻想,是辣椒,魚露,青檸,薑蒜嗎?排骨山      相片很震撼,所以朋友喜歡這個排骨山。明爐上枱,排骨堆疊成小山,表面青紅辣椒蒜蓉芫荽。細火慢煮,慢慢等待湯汁翻滾。排骨肉質鬆化,筋膜柔軟,筷子篤一篤,即可輕易拆除豬肋肉。這肋骨的粗幼和弧度,是baby ribs呀! 肉質滑溜,並非白灼排骨。估計是經長時間燉煮,才可令肋條筋膜變軟。 軟綿綿的豬肋肉,配上香辣湯汁,很爽。椰汁木薯     芒果糯米飯常見,但椰汁木薯少見,所以選擇木薯。  黃金木薯絲絲纖維明顯,甜度不高,依賴黃金糖漿來提甜度。就因為不是死甜,不會膩,讓人一口又一口的食呀食。  BODY REPORT : 第二天,昨晚熱辣滾燙的,都出來了! continue reading

今日去左呢間係尖沙咀嘅泰國菜,餐廳位於尖沙咀加拿分道25-31號國際商業信貸銀行大廈地下1A號舖及地庫,距離地鐵站唔係好遠,行過去都係差不多三分鐘嘅路程,我哋去之前已經係網上打電話預約定,去到都好多人排隊,我見都有排等,確定預約後就馬上可以入餐廳。 燒牛肉:燒牛肉係以燒的形態呈上,燒完之後令燒牛肉帶來微微焦香,同時令熱度保持更耐。燒牛肉亦同時保留到一份香嫩,又變得緊緻嘅口感,而有咬口,加埋餐廳嘅調味醬食,恰到好處,好味! 濕炒海鮮河:海鮮河粉都炒得啱啱好,而且調味合宜,唔會炒到太鹹,配上蘿蔔、菇菌和芥蘭,令到成個河粉嘅口感昇華,海鮮方面,亦有青口,蝦同魷魚,好好食! 軟殼蟹米子卷:軟殼蟹炸得非常香脆,熱辣辣,再配上含有大量不飽和脂肪酸嘅牛油果,有助降血脂及降膽固醇之餘,米紙卷亦軟脆兼備,口感非常豐富,點埋個汁食亦都好夾!我同朋友都好推薦呢個菜色! 芒果沙冰:芒果沙冰打得十分細滑,同埋最重要係芒果味超級香濃同埋濃厚,食泰國菜真係唔少得叫反杯芒果沙冰!飲完之後透心涼,超級好飲,我同朋友都十分推介!佢嘅入口好滑好軟綿,同埋都好大杯,不得不推薦! 我哋兩個人都係食左差不多每人二百蚊度,呢個價錢係尖沙咀嚟講其實都唔算太貴,我哋都覺得呢間餐廳非常值得大家一試! continue reading
