識我都知我依家越嚟越鍾意食中菜,朋友話好想食呢間因為佢喺旺角開咗,點知我就帶佢嚟舊嘅舖頭喺灣仔酒店地牢嘅呢間,帶你去酒店你就將就吓😂入到去地底見到個門面已經覺得好華麗,坐低梗係由大佬發板食啲咩,佢永遠嘅點菜都唔會令我失望,而我又唔會俾佢鬧頂級龍井坐低先點茶,有唔同既茶簡,而我地簡左龍井佢仲送咗餐前蝦片,份量好多,而且好香脆好好食☺️馬來黑豚肉叉燒可以話係我食過以嚟我最滿意嘅叉燒,佢有別於我平時食嘅自家製叉燒,睇落去個樣顏色已經好靚,食落唔會好肥又唔會好瘦,佢嘅豚肉位置好靚好滿意👍👍無論係色水定係味道都好滿意香茅煙燻脆皮鴿呢個係我見人哋好多人都叫所以叫香茅鋪喺脆皮鴨嘅底,嚟到嘅時候有煙燻食落有別於平時炸嘅感覺,呢個整法冇咁油膩,又可以外脆內嫩,幾香口有一點煙熏味,又幾香鴿味炭烤黑毛豬肋骨 半份半份已經有七舊骨,嚟到幾時候會先俾我哋睇然後再幫我哋切開,服務幾周到仲配咗青檸汁同埋泰式醬,店員話可以食完骨之後飲青檸汁或者喺個骨度配泰式醬,消除佢嘅油膩感個人比較鍾意配搭佢嘅泰式醬一齊食,味道好惹味鐵飯碗 釀豆腐開頭喺枱面已經見到鐵板碗,我已經傻更更咁問人哋係咩嚟,佢話係一個傳統,以前嘅人每一個都會拎住個鐵飯碗拎住啲飯返工返學食,而呢個鐵飯碗就好保溫佢呢個釀豆腐有三味送,一個係紅燒將啲魚膠讓咗喺茄子同埋紅椒,另一個係豆豉讓咗魚膠嘅豆腐同埋苦瓜,仲有一味就係脆炸咗嘅腐皮賣相嚟到已經吸引住我,而且味道都唔錯,如果配搭埋白飯食就更加滿足月光蟹肉扒菠菜蟹肉份量超多,菜嘅份量都好多記得攪勻隻蛋一齊食係,唔好淨係食肉肉要食多啲菜,咁先可以有健康嘅身體㗎馬拉脆皮曼煎糕超特別,第一次食入面包咗花生椰絲同埋粟米雖然我唔知呢個係咩配搭,但係外面好脆,入面就又鹹又甜係幾特別嘅 continue reading
