Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不過佢既蟹腳就比較麻麻,已經唔算大隻,仲要好好好好咸
作為蟹怪我真係好少食一碟就收手,但今次我真係冇再食第二碟
而且我成餐飯都係保持住好口渴既狀態 
 
唔知係咪因為太口渴係咁飲水既關係,好快就飽左,除左龍蝦湯我都冇再二刷
野食偏向西式,冇好似平時常見既燒味區、咖哩區、粉麵區、刺身
芝士區都很不錯,款式好多,而且已經有埋蜜糖係度(小敝步,蜜糖水好好飲)
其他西式熱盤食品都唔差,但又冇邊款特別出彩,比較有記憶點:

屋企人以為訂咗Grand Cafe Buffet 點知原來訂咗Tiffin lunch buffet,錯有錯着。坐上樓上景觀開陽啲,又有現場樂手伴奏,加上staff 服務周到,老人家覺得環境好pleasant。個buffet 冇拿手中菜hot dish,我又唔覺得太可惜。由於生酮飲食嘅關係,見到各款salads 同埋個厚切salmon 已經覺得包咗底。值得一讚嘅係個curry section,認真做好naan 、薄脆、印度米飯同埋其他嘅醬汁。逢親去老牌酒店buffet,我都鍾意試各種醬汁同埋配料,佢哋花心機做好每一個細節,我亦用同樣嘅力度去欣賞。值得讚嘅係個龍蝦湯,不過少吃多滋味,飲半碗以上已經好飽。由於唔想浪費食物,set lunch 那部份skip咗egg dish,只係食咗清蒸龍蝦,龍蝦鉗肉預先剝好,very thoughtful. 屋企人話個龍蝦肉有點tough,well,我有龍蝦食已經開心☺️ 最後個餐茶嗌咗凍檸茶,第一次見到有鮮檸檬跟埋lemon juice with pulp !

最後甜品方面,有各種蛋糕,朱古力和雪糕。蛋糕最喜歡是拿破侖,松脆香口。雪糕有多款特別口味,例如大溪地雲呢拿味、菠蘿椰子味、芝士肉鬆味等等。可是我還是最喜歡傳統口味。

總結來看,Tiffin茶園的自助餐以歐陸菜式為主,對於喜歡中式食物的人可能不太適合。儘管菜單中有一些少見的特色菜式如炸魚薯條、威靈頓牛扒、橙酒班戟等,但在整體食物質素、多樣性和味道上,考慮到價格相對較高,期望值可能也會相應提高。因此,前往Tiffin茶園用餐的人應留意餐廳主打的歐陸風味。

買到買一送一,隔幾年再去茶園,首先燈光相當昏暗,看不清食物,廚師服務員又怱忙走來走去,易撞到人又令氣氛緊張。生蠔二款試過冇乜唔同,薄身。威靈頓牛扒和羊架細塊,另外汁煮肉羊牛豬賣相麻麻。魚子最後只加了一次。鵝肝醬味道好濃。叫了白汁和芝士龍蝦,廚師送了一批來但服務員消失了,等了一會我要主動叫另一服務員去分發,龍蝦就涼了。湯冇左龍蝦湯,換了海鮮湯較酸。Grand Hyatt甜品出名但buffet甜品種類少。雪糕較特色的咸旦黃和奶茶冇咗,抹茶味較苦。生日有特色甜品。到最後叫了茶,但發現一開始枱上係無糖等調味品。總體對Tiffan食物和服務質素大打折扣。

小編今日來到灣仔一間自助餐「Tiffin茶園」,以慶祝生日之名,二訪茶園晚市自助餐✨位於君悅酒店閣樓的自助晚餐,地方寬敞而枱與枱之間距離,樓底高感覺更寧靜舒服🧡自助餐主打經典的歐陸佳餚,以嚴選上乘的食材入饌✨ 今年一月至三月以「蠔門蟹宴」為主題自助晚餐,生蠔海鮮控必訪🦀🦞🦐 有樂隊即場演奏,氣氛更添古典典雅,推介各位吃貨們來這間全港頂級的自助餐之一🙌🏻


冷盤必食即開生蠔🦪 今次嚴選兩款來自法國西岸知名養殖家族David Hervé 的新鮮即開生蠔,包括Fine De Claire及La Boudeuse✨ Fine De Claire蠔肉味道偏重,是海水味重的蠔肉,口感較爽口而餘韻悠長,La Boudeuse味道鮮甜,蠔身較肥而裙邊帶微鹹味,整體平衡感較高而味道更豐富,真正盡情「蠔」食🙌🏻 冷盤還有自家製煙燻挪威三文魚、長腳蟹、麵包蟹、凍蝦、翡翠螺等🦐🦀


自助餐附送每位即煮原隻龍蝦,可自選烹調方式,分別有凍龍蝦、香草烤或芝士焗龍蝦🦞 大推法式焗「Thermidor 熱月龍蝦」,以Gruyere Cheese和白酒製成的龍蝦🧀 肉質鮮甜爽口,而龍蝦鉗已拆殼釀在龍蝦中,煮出正宗高級法式的味道🧡


自助餐提供的「Cold cut和Cheese」款式精美,芝士包括Brie、Saint-Nectaire、Petit羊奶芝士、Tomme de Savoie半硬半軟芝士🧀 配上堅果、蜂蜜🍯、提子🍇、無花果、甜橘子果醬肉🍊 採用「Miel de Lavande」蜂蜜,來自法國南部普羅旺斯的薰衣草蜂蜜,擁濃亮金黃色,質地綿厚味甜餘香悠長✨ 風乾火腿則有西班牙火腿、莎樂美火腿、風乾牛肉、意式火腿、雞肉凍批和豬頭肉凍批,更有自家製鵝肝醬、配上脆麵包條、果仁和各種鮮果🍈 絕對是必食的出色冷盤區🧡

自助餐招牌菜「威靈頓牛柳」夠誠意,金黃的外皮微酥脆,牛肉呈粉紅肉質軟嫩,牛肉味香,唯一不足是磨菇蓉起粒不夠蓉,而且沒有風乾火腿,加燒汁和黃芥辣調味,配上烤焗薯、黃翠玉瓜、紅蘿蔔🥕 配菜有約克郡布丁,是英國烤牛肉的傳統配菜,味道帶鹹,呈球狀形狀中間凹陷及綿軟,外層則香脆,整體主菜和配菜不錯,值得一試🐮🧡
