To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

熱葷方面,自助餐集合多款歐洲經典料理,包括「法式香草焗田螺」、「香煎牛仔肝配葡萄牙甜酒汁」、「烤乳鴿配野莓忌廉汁」、「忌廉芝士焗扇貝」、「大蒜薯仔炆大肉腸」、「慢煮西班牙豬排配蘋果洋蔥汁」、「英式燴羊肩肉」、「炸魚薯條」、「紅酒燴牛肋條」、「蒜蓉牛油炒大蝦及八爪魚」🐙、「香草脆香比目魚配藏紅花忌廉汁」、「白酒煮青口」、等,整體熱葷質素不錯✨


自助餐招牌菜「威靈頓牛柳」夠誠意,金黃的外皮微酥脆,牛肉呈粉紅肉質軟嫩,牛肉味香,唯一不足是磨菇蓉起粒不夠蓉,而且沒有風乾火腿,加燒汁和黃芥辣調味,配上烤焗薯、黃翠玉瓜、紅蘿蔔🥕 配菜有約克郡布丁,是英國烤牛肉的傳統配菜,味道帶鹹,呈球狀形狀中間凹陷及綿軟,外層則香脆,整體主菜和配菜不錯,值得一試🐮🧡
