好味指數😋😋😋😋回頭指數 ⭐️⭐️⭐️開心指數🤗🤗🤗其實蘇媽蘇媽我食過深水埗、旺角同荃灣分店,當中以荃灣係做得最差。同朋友 gathering,佢揀咗食沙田嗰間。上網搵 Treasure of Semua Semua(TOSS 蘇媽蘇媽)同 Kedai Kopi Semua Semua(蘇媽蘇媽馬來西亞餐室)有咩分別,唔算太搵到,只係響 社交平台 呢間沙田嘅 TOSS 專頁中搵到店家回應客人講TOSS係新品牌(但又冇講分嘢係咩),升級咗肉骨茶嘅質素同埋冇添飲。睇返個餐牌,食物 item 比起深水埗原店係多咗,但同時價錢都貴咗!例如大雜錦肉骨茶,就係$198 同$148,椰汁斑蘭冰係$48 同$38嘅分別,大概係貴咗30% 左右。🍴大雜錦肉骨茶($198)呢款肉骨茶係有幾款唔同嘅肉,再有冬菇、豆卜、腐皮、油條等配料,店方面講個肉骨茶升級咗,同埋冇得添飲,其實我自己冇覺得wow升級完好飲咗好多,somehow 我覺得同原本嘅冇咩明顯升級,我彷彿覺得係變相加價 only~🍴奶油大蝦($188)呢個我記得原店冇嘅,大蝦有4隻,配有油餅,蝦都幾大隻新鮮,肉質爽口,個汁好 creamy 好味,幾好食!🍴四大天王($92)有四款蔬菜,包括豆角、秋葵、茄子同臭豆,呢個嚟到時熱辣辣,鹹香之餘帶少少辣味,非常惹味,但同時都算係頗油膩,鍾意食濃味嘅人應該幾鍾意,有碗白飯會仲正!🍴檳城炒棵條($118)呢款其實有丁丁鹹咗少少,棵條炒到一條條,冇痴埋一堆,手藝火喉唔錯嘅~🍴海南鴛鴦燒麵包($52)邪惡系列,椰香咖央加鮮油,冇得輸!🍴燒豬頸肉($92)份量正常,醬汁都係用返沙嗲汁,外層未算太焦糖化,唔太有燒嘅風味,正常發揮。🍴馬拉沙嗲串燒6串($98)豬、牛、雞各2串,燒得有丁丁乾身,燒過龍咗D~ 🍴怡保肥仔芽菜($76)正常發揮。🍴椰汁班蘭冰($48)我自己好鍾意班蘭蛋糕,所以呢個係我每次食蘇媽都會叫嘅,好飲!🍴美綠暴龍($48)朋友飲,唔知咩味🍴桔仔話梅水 - 熱($42)朋友飲,唔知咩味整體上嘢食係唔錯,但總係覺得深水埗嗰間係最好食,至於 TOSS 同原身嗰間嘅分別,我以食客角度,係裝修風格唔一樣,唔會搭檯,可以訂位,肉骨茶冇得無限添飲,款式多咗,價錢貴咗,不過我自己都係鍾情深水埗店。 continue reading
