今晚約咗朋友嚟銅鑼灣利舞台嘅”古琴雅苑”食晚飯。好彩有預早 book 枱,平日7:00都坐滿人客餐廳內見到開放式嘅北京烤鴨爐半隻烤鴨都係$218 ,確係抵食1. 叫咗壺桂花烏龍茶,入口有淡淡桂花清香2. 蟹粉扒豆苗($178) 冬天一定食蟹粉,豆苗好新鮮,蟹粉份量超多,每棵豆苗都包晒蟹粉,超正。3. 南翔小籠包(6件)($82),片紅蘿蔔,唔會黐底。小籠包皮薄,內裡爆汁,食時小心燙親。4. 烤北京填鴨(半隻)($218) ,每片烤鴨大細都差唔多,可因應自己喜好配上不同醬汁。鴨皮香脆,入口唔覺油膩。啲皮超級薄,仲有每一片都有牛油紙中間隔開,非常細心。順帶一提,職員服務態度非常好,見你啲茶差唔多飲晒,就會主動幫你加熱水。整體而言,食物水準高上,價錢合理,性價比超高,值得一試再試。 continue reading

突然又想去吃烤鴨,所以約了幾個朋友去銅鑼灣的古琴雅苑,在一片結業潮下,以星期六這間食肆生意已經唔錯,因為當晚訂位全滿。我們4 人點了一個併盤、半隻烤鴨、一碟津白、一個炒飯,另外經open rice 訂座送一碟醉雞。水準保持平穩,人均消費約$200 算係抵食,但我比較喜歡尖沙咀那間店的味道。😜,當晚沒有拍任何食物照片,因為張枱面太細放不下所有餸菜。香港地食飯限時係人都知道,準時8:00 就要請你離開。服務差咗,仲成日叫你買現金券。 continue reading
