權八週末也有提供午市定食,朋友和我分別點了炭火串燒定食和特上刺身定食(5點),定食包括沙拉、前菜、味噌湯、咖啡/茶和甜點。特上刺身定食(5點)$3185點刺身每次都有不同,這次有赤身、中拖羅、帶子、金目鯛和一種白身魚。中拖羅最佳,非常肥美,油脂入口即溶,只有丁點筋位;金目鯛的魚皮炙燒過,主要是享受魚肉的爽彈和魚皮燒過的香味;連皮的白身魚也是吃它爽脆的口感,唯有部分魚皮咬不開;帶子正常發揮;赤身一般。刺身都新鮮厚切,口感爽滑,質素不錯。炭火串燒定食 $288串燒一上枱就傳來陣陣燒烤的香味,6條串燒分別有牛肉、免治雞肉棒、豬五花腩、雞脾菇、豬五花薄片包蘆筍和青椒。每串烤得油亮帶焦邊,非常誘人,其中牛肉和雞脾菇最香口好吃。串燒是這裡的招牌之一,餐廳中間設有炭火燒的烹調區,如果坐吧枱,可以看著師傅不停燒烤、掃醬料。餐廳環境闊落,座位有普通的桌椅座、吧台和靠窗的和式塌塌米座位(有凹槽放腳,不用跪坐,如想坐和式座位可在訂位時說明)整體日式氣氛濃厚,侍應對答禮貌,而且可能沒有等位的客人,我們一直聊天坐了3個多小時。比起很多有用餐時限的餐廳,這裡的環境很適合和朋友聚餐。另外值得一讚的是餐廳的抽風做得不錯,我們的位置靠近串燒區,衣服也沒沾上油煙味。 continue reading

这家餐厅算是比较高档的,从商场到餐厅,都是装修很好,很安静,很高级的感觉。座位很宽阔,很舒服,和朋友聊天有充足的隐私。服务员整体服务都是非常好,食物非常新鲜,选择特别多,从刺身,寿司,串烧到拉面都有,味道也很不错! 人均 900 左右,吃的非常开心满意! continue reading

有水準,星期日晚都有八成入座算幾好。叫了10件壽司同7款刺身。壽司啲魚生新鮮,連啲飯都feel到係由專業師傅整。有一舊海膽係靚嘢。魚生都係厚切,比較爽,可能解凍時間未夠,但質素係好的。雞翼同牛舌串燒好正,有雞咪,牛舌唔煙韌,個薑醬夾。A4和牛壽喜燒,衣個幾好,有3塊牛,每塊都大過塊面,但不是入口即溶,好多菇。。。個蒟蒻麵吸晒汁,好甜,又幾好味。冷蕎麥麵就一般。環境都大,但音樂比較嘈,坐長枱,怪怪的。 continue reading

服務態度認真,對食材堅係的好餐廳。如果你坐在串燒counter, 你更能體會到他們對食材處理嘅認真。及一絲不苟。是我跟老公一再到訪的日式餐廳。記得要試香蔥牛脷串燒,香,滑,淋!Highly recommend to try their charcoal grill! Especially if you like to have a glass of beer.
