基於屋企人緣故,仲係小朋友嗰陣每個月都會黎依間餐廳幾次,不過自從踏入社會之後,就冇再嚟過啦🥹香港傳統嘅印尼餐廳已經所剩無幾,今次因為喺觀塘工作,就決定重遊舊地,餐廳裝修完後,燈火通明,暖色系裝修加上家庭式經營,營造出溫暖嘅感覺😊雜錦黃綿飯🍚每次嚟都必點,因為咩都可以食少常少😝 黃薑飯帶點微辣,配上印尼傳統配菜,酸酸辣辣嘅味道,加上印尼炸雞同巴東牛肉,牛肉炆到好林,賣相好豐富😍 相隔多年,味道依然,風味不變😊 continue reading

身為觀塘人一直都知呢間印尼餐廳但位置比較唔就腳所以一直都無去試今日同事竟然話要去試我地就行咗成十五分鐘去食佢招牌主打係十五夜同黃錦飯而我就試咗黃錦飯所有餸菜都幾好味同配搭一起食真係唔錯只係覺得件炸雞比較乾身而十五夜係有湯版嘅黃錦飯湯就香料味比較重同好椰香味而飯就係一舊舊咁如果分量多返D就更好 continue reading

屋企老人家嘅原因,所以我都係呢間餐廳多年嘅常客,香港印尼餐廳已經少之又少,銅鑼灣嗰幾間自己覺得唔OK,所以過海都要食呢間。等佢裝修等左兩個月,八月同九月兩次黎都摸門釘,終於開返即刻黎。佢地呢間餐廳已好多年,自己買咗嘅鋪位,無諗過佢地會裝修。每次黎我都係鍾情於食同一樣食物。沙嗲豬肉satay babi,必食,香口加豬肉好軟林,印尼個沙嗲醬係同其他東南亞唔同。薯仔餅又係我至愛,呢度特別皮薄多薯蓉。十五夜飯團longtong cap gome,我媽至愛。仲有上海冰ice Shanghai又係我至愛,我自己走奶走椰汁,唔太甜,好多料,好味。臭豆炒蛋,應該東南亞地區住過嘅人先知係乜。最後仲拎走個梳多鷄飯。 continue reading

估你唔到觀塘有間隱世嘅家庭地道印尼餐廳,已經開左業最少廿幾年,仲拎左幾年米芝蓮,一試之後明白點解可以咁多年都屹立不倒。店入面保持住懷舊風格,非常有特色,卡位都坐得幾舒服,唔太覺得會有歲月痕跡。印尼黃錦飯$70薑黃飯令到個飯除左顏色吸引,仲好開胃,有隻炸過嘅蛋、雞鎚、巴東牛肉、豆角、脆魚花生及青瓜,非常足料龍東十五夜$75香濃椰漿再加上咖喱汁,配上粽飯令到口感層次豐富左唔少,加上巴東牛肉、咖喱雞、豆角及炸雞蛋等一齊食,各有特色,唔會話邊款食物太搶focus,合襯沙嗲羊肉串 半打$85羊肉唔會膻,而且加埋個沙嗲醬食提升左層次,呢個沙嗲醬仲有粗粒花生,如果用嚟整沙嗲牛麵應該都好正呢走個時知道原來7月10日至9月初會裝潢,如果仲未食嘅朋友,就建議大家快d試下,加埋個懷舊裝修風格,感受華而不實家庭印尼菜! continue reading

初來觀塘一帶報到,LUNCH TIME邊行邊搵食,遇上呢間門面神秘的印尼餐廳。見門上貼著多年的米之連車胎推介,一行兩人試試。店內是中間走廊,左邊是一排卡位,右邊是四人枱和六人枱。店員細心的安排沒有直吹冷氣的卡位給我們。平日中午約一點,四成入座,我們離座時已接近九成入座。入正題,有午市餐牌,沒有餐的,有小食,飯面,飲品另點。我們點了一個咖喱牛腩飯,半打沙嗲雞串燒,SHARE咁食,食物多元化。咖喱牛腩飯咖喱牛腩正常味道,不會太辣,食到尾會覺得辣的。咖喱中的薯仔好稔好甜,好味! 沙嗲雞串燒雞串肉質唔錯,少少滑的。沙嗲汁有濃濃的花生香味,不錯的。 continue reading
