Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來旺角都有「蘇媽·蘇媽」分店!年多前到訪過他們的荃灣店,今晚再訪,發現餐廳menu大更新,多了不少新品。以蝦熬煮而成的湯頭混合了特制的特辣參巴醬,帶點微辣,蝦醬味道會更明顯,更重鮮香味。麵底配了油麵+米粉的滲滲,2款麵條都好索湯。碗內有蝦2隻、魚片、豬腩肉、雞蛋半隻、通菜和芽菜,非常豐富。咖央多士食得多,但配搭紫菜肉鬆還是第一次試!麵包烘至香脆,中間咖央醬質感順滑,充滿斑蘭椰香味。加入紫菜肉鬆後,多了一份鹹香。而且整體還減低了甜膩感,更討喜。串燒3串,豬、牛、雞肉自行組合。筆者選擇了豬和雞肉,2者都被烤得頗為香口,入口juicy。沙嗲醬另上,花生香味濃郁。串燒蘸上後,十分惹味。第一次品嚐馬拉特式甜品!上枱已經感受到香濃的班蘭椰子味。綠色外皮質感軟腍,包裹著椰絲內餡。唇齒之間頓時被班蘭椰子的獨有香味圍繞著。 continue reading

要數元祖級嘅馬拉野,蘇媽蘇媽都算係始祖由深水埗嘅本店食到旺角的分店,水準依然都keep 到旺角嘅分店古色古香,店舖亦都夠大,晏晝時間唔好等位椰香咖央多士$42食馬拉嘢必食咖央多士,同平時出邊嘅咖央多士唔同,牛油係溶咗入啲咖央度咖央厚度比起牛油更厚身,所以椰香味特別重魚仔蘿蔔糕$52蘿蔔糕香煎醬另上,個蘿蔔糕皮脆脆哋,裏面keep到好鬆化,不過個醬冇咩味分檳城福建蝦麵$68個面底可以自選,所以揀咗滲滲,即係米粉油面一齊食湯底係濃郁嘅蝦湯,橙色湯底好鮮甜,配料都有齊魚蛋、大蝦、通菜、雞蛋等等,都幾好食 continue reading

1.$148肉骨茶味道嘛嘛地,個煲好細,四個骨一半都係肥肉,唔知係道食乜。2.$68叻沙面兩隻蝦兩片薄叉燒,加埋半個蛋,叉燒又一半肥肉並且係凍豬肉有股怪味,蝦係凍蝦頭尾發黑唔新鮮,一啖入去硬是覺得有放佐好耐嘅味,叻沙湯底味道中規中矩,但材料真係好差。3.$28拉茶沖粉都未溶,粉浮拉茶面上,點凍又唔凍,有冰但成個飲品係常溫來嘅。拉茶點會係有沖粉呢?我真系唔明。4.唯一okay嘅係椰香斑斕治。I say no. 唔好再黎。 continue reading

今日專程過嚟旺角這間(蘇媽、蘇媽馬來西亞餐廳)食碗肉骨茶,餐廳裝修好特別,有多處打卡位,食物亦有好多選擇。肉骨茶(三層肉)和白飯:- 肉骨茶是馬來西亞和新加坡的一道非常著名的菜肴,湯頭香濃美味,肉質也很嫩滑,三層肉肥瘦適中,咬落油脂滲出,好好食,搭配白飯一流。檳城亞參叻沙:- 亞參叻沙是檳城的著名特色,使用米線為主料,加入魚肉及大量蔬菜等配料,並淋上醬汁。口味麻辣鮮香,很有特色。馬來西亞拉茶:- 拉茶口感濃郁香甜, 這是一款有特色的當地飲品,可以搭配其他馬來菜一起品嘗。桔仔話梅水:- 是一款清涼爽口的飲料。桔仔與話梅結合,味道甜酸適中。作為開胃飲品或消暑飲料,是不錯的選擇。 continue reading
