又一日約姊妹食飯暢談心事,今次揀咗銅鑼灣嘅呢間意大利餐廳🇮🇹,見到唔少人推薦紅蝦意粉,另外亦嗌咗卡邦尼意粉同海鮮湯🦐⠀海鮮湯都係以蝦做主調,對我同姊妹嚟講都覺得唔錯,飲得出用蝦頭/蝦膏煮咗好耐,帶點焦香味,不過份量比想像中少。嗌咗傳統卡邦尼意粉,用蛋漿做個sauce、亦有一粒粒厚實嘅煙肉粒,鹹香味滿分,姊妹覺得蛋漿幾香、不過同我一樣覺得比較鹹,我食完都有係咁飲水😅另外嗌埋signature嘅西班牙紅蝦意粉🍝,亦都係我最期待嘅item!紅蝦彈牙入味,手造意大利幼麵亦好吸汁,醬汁好用蝦膏味,果然係餐廳嘅招牌👍🏻,我同姊妹都覺得紅蝦意粉最值得推介✨
