To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出去行街肚餓，心思思想食個醫到肚既下午茶，去左間幫襯過幾次既茶餐廳食野。黑椒汁牛柳絲蛋包飯外賣要加$1，黑椒汁最適合用黎調味，但份量唔算太多，蛋包飯雖香，但內裡飯粒冇同茄汁一齊炒，缺少左種蛋包飯既特色。牛柳絲炒得既香又煙韌，同黑椒汁好夾，食落夠晒惹味，但整體飯質較乾，若嗌多汁味道會更佳！熱菜蜜味道偏甜，會令人覺得落得太多糖，會溝水沖淡先飲，若好甜者就覺得唔錯$35一個下午茶，份量適中，唔會太濟或太少，味道亦屬中等。
