Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這五星級酒店食材當然好，食物區職員友善；服務區職員態度差，目無表情，只懂收碟，回答冷淡，笑容欠奉，完全比不上樓下Cafe Lounge員工的工作態度。凍海鮮新鮮，蟹腳在最後兩小時才出，為何呢？熱食味道正常，花膠好長夠味，鮑魚霖，意大利肉丸好味，片皮鴨的餅皮難食，蒸魚最差。羊架和牛扒都幾好。刺身正常，帶子有甜味，刀貝爽唔腥，尤魚新鮮，吞拿魚難食。湯好味又夠濃。沙律蔬菜選擇少，味道麻麻。甜品普通，蛋撻和意大利蛋糕最好味。
