事源係個陣都好多客等緊野食,終於叫到我no.,我咪即刻走過去俾單佢。本身我就企係離窗口較遠位置等,完全唔知上一張被叫單嘅客拎左未,出餐員工收左我張單後即刻擺左份pancake上來,咁啱個份同我叫嘅嘢好似,都係一底pancake,但人地有叫雪糕我冇叫雪糕,我下意識就以為係自己個但驚係咪我睇錯落錯單,又唔知原來窗口右邊唔太近出餐口個度有人等緊,咪拿拿臨拎開先費事阻住出餐口。我拎完同個fd confirm完我叫個款的確係冇雪糕之後已經即刻拎返去出餐口,點知行返去啱擺低未來得切道歉、就已經俾個出餐員工用我覺得被bully嘅語氣疾左句「唔係你嘅你拎咩呀」當下唔問清楚都有我問題,就算出餐員工用惡劣語氣淨係疾我個份係冇雪糕我都完全可以接受。掃街大多數都係一手交單一手交餐,我都做過飲食、個客拎錯野嘅情況都間唔中因為忙而遇到,解決方法都有好多種,「唔係你嘅你拎咩」根本只係發洩來。當然少我一個客唔少,只係想講就算你要西個客都唔該揀啱方向同內容西,至少唔會令個客嬲到要上來留負評先。

當然少我一個客唔少,只係想講就算你要西個客都唔該揀啱方向同內容西,至少唔會令個客嬲到要上來留負評先。
