To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

南山邨的食店價格大眾化，價錢不會太昂貴。今日就試了一間位於南山商場的冰室食晚飯。晚飯時間客人不算多，我們都即時有位。二人套餐的價錢十分化算，$138有2碗例湯、2個小菜、1碟蒜蓉炒時菜、和2碗白飯。所以我們二話不說就要了二人套餐。是日例湯是青紅蘿蔔佛手瓜豬骨湯。湯水熱辣辣，清甜，不會太油膩，味精味都不覺。蒜蓉炒時菜我們選了白菜仔。白菜仔爽脆，蒜蓉味重，不過不失。啫啫雞煲：青椒比雞肉多很多，而且雞肉只有雞骨部位，沒有肉似的，仿佛全是雞背。油膩得很，不值一試。斑塊豆腐煲：醬汁味濃，很好佐飯，但如果單食就略嫌太鹹。豆腐很滑，配上鹹鹹的醬汁味道剛好。斑塊就炸漿太厚，幾乎吃不到魚肉。雖然味道不算太好，但有湯、飯、菜、餸，結帳只是$138，都算抵食。但我應該不會再試。
