To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都係Fleur的regulars, 佢哋嘢食好味,plating 超靚(每碟都好似花園咁),welcome pets 又有狗仔餐,我一年起碼去10次(帶住狗仔)。但係原來我一次食完都冇寫過,而家要補返,好幾年佢哋嘅Menu都轉左,我最鍾意嘅茶係味噌三文魚,好入味,肉質好嫩滑,非常好食。我每次都會叫嘅就係黃薑latte with oat milk, 冬天飲最舒服,我個小朋友生緊最鍾意食嘅就係Seafood Lover, 個汁係好食到佢會用麵包clean up 個碟底, 另外一個pork dish 上菜時有驚喜(in terms of portion size and plating) , 好滿足, 想佢哋改善嘅係豬肉最底那層有點tough, 如果個豬肉再入味啲會更好。呢個地方已經成為我嘅 holiday regular spot 👍
