To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

將來可能不會太容易到南山邨這邊，無論是肚痛魷魚、品香樓、甚或是南豐、新南山，都是我常到餐廳。反正路經，不餓也吃下午茶-西多士雞翼，茶走。不算太肚餓，為了之後的長期作戰，路經南山邨的新南山，還是來了下午茶。點了一個雞翼西多士，不算等得太久，雞翼熱燙燙，而且不吝嗇，有三大隻雞翼。西多士雖只有半個正方形，亦即是三角形，但是內裏像一個小花生醬，熱辣辣，當然好吃。茶走的杯子不太吸引，奶茶味普通，還是較欣賞這兒的凍檸茶
