Farewell 同事食局,收工山長水遠塊南山村食晚飯,自然畢業之後都冇黎過,今年可以重拾到當年味道,好懷念。同事一早book位,預訂埋招牌菜:手撕雞我第一次食,原來係凍食,肉身好滑,而且撕得幼條,配招沙薑汁食更開胃🤤大家食剩雞骨。蝦多士,多士好脆好香口,蝦又大大隻,加上滿滿芝麻塊炸,又香又滑口,唔泡點醬都好好味,咬落口又唔會標多餘油,正!火焰牛柳粒,呢款又係長青招牌菜,有火燃燒牛柳,但牛柳粒分量略為少,汁太多,唔及當年火喉。(冇相😭)南乳炸雞翼,皮脆、肉香,送酒一流👍🏻特登叫碟清炒菜心平均一下咁多油膩食物😬
