品香樓是我們常常都會來的地方,我特別喜歡他們的風沙雞,可是每次來試沒有吃過的菜式都會有一點驚喜。 我們訂了位置,但是到了還是需要稍稍等候,幸好今天客人不算多,等了大概10分鐘左右就有位置了。 今天的風沙雞一如往常的好吃,皮脆肉嫩,雞肉炸的剛剛好,只有骨頭中心有一點點血紅色。雖然知道龍鳳球和炸豬手是很多人推薦的菜色,但是還是第一次試。生汁龍鳳球是雞肉和蝦滑做成的一個球體,然後拿去炸,再裏上白色的沙律汁,上桌時新鮮熱辣,還有很多西蘭花伴碟。這個做法挺特別的,好像沒有在其他地方見過。整體而言是不錯的,但是兩種材料配在一起好像也沒有特別相得益彰的感覺。而每顆龍鳳球都很大一顆,吃兩顆的話肚子能留給其他食物的位置已經不多了。我比較不會啃骨頭,以前都不太敢挑戰炸豬手,這裡的炸豬手看起來每件不會太大塊,炸的不會太硬咬不動,反而是容易把肉跟骨頭分開,吃起來不至於狼狽。而且一樣是做得皮脆肉嫩,咀嚼起來能感覺到滿滿的骨膠原。上桌時會附上一小碟南乳醬,但直接吃已經很有味道,當然再沾上南乳醬,味道會更昇華。這暫時是我吃過最喜歡的大排檔炸豬手了。
