To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想與女兒來大角咀這間餐廳晚飯,因為朋友告知這裏環境很適合喜愛韓團的少女到訪。在平日的晚上七時左右來到,已經要等位了,幸好只等了10分鐘左右,下次來一定要預早訂位啊!門外當眼處已經看到一個很吸引的優惠,就係消費滿$200,可以$1優惠價購買六件炸雞,而且仲有多款口味選擇!正!~熔岩芝士餐肉蛋漿泡菜炒飯:呢個真係值得試吓,上枱用小火爐以鐵板加熱,職員在你面前將飯及所有配料炒香,芝士更造成拉絲效果,激盡視覺享受。~黑松露本菇野菌豆乳汁意粉:素食者必試,特別之處是用豆乳汁,而不是普通忌廉汁,令意粉帶有一些豆乳味,都幾夾。~牛油蜂蜜栗米炸雞:幾乎係每台必點嘅味道,粟米香甜,炸雞香脆!飲品方面,凡點主菜可以半價選購飲品,我點了奶蓋芒果綠茶及玫瑰花茶,好抵飲。最後女兒好想食一啲甜嘅嘢,但係原來餐廳冇甜品供應,好彩比我發現原來呢度竟然有懷舊飲品「黑牛」,朱古力雪糕加可樂更能滿足女兒呢!
