To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到咗食大閘蟹的好時節，我同啲朋友當然唔會錯過啦。今次見到鴻星的大閘蟹宴唔使4百蚊，8點30之後仲有折打，咁唔使揀，一定係呢個。大閘蟹宴包括咗2隻蟹公同1隻蟹毑，我就鍾意毑多啲，因為啲膏實啲。食蟹要留意，唔好食個心，中醫話好寒架，最好就飲番啲薑茶。食呢個蟹宴仲要留意的係，唔好比個伙計太快幫你入單要下一輪蟹，因為你未食完佢就會上架啦。我地係開始食個蟹身的時候入單，剛剛食到蟹腳下一輪就來，個温度就會啱啱好。今次鴻星的大閘蟹都好大隻下，啲膏好多，好甜，一路食啲膏一路流出來，正！食完蟹，佢地就預備咗薑茶，一人一杯，但係我地真係好鍾意個薑茶，因為好甜好好味，忍唔住問佢攞咗成壺，大家飲得好開心好似人地追酒飲咁。個餐仲有其他菜的，有蟹粉小龍包，個包有好多湯係入面，啲湯真係好甜，但係食果時真係要好小心，唔係就會盪到。另外果啲小菜係成日有機會食到的，所以就無乜特別。
