To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節有幾日假期,約左幾個舊同學茶敘,在Open Rice 訂了枱,我早到了15分鐘到達,於是問下可否早些入座,但遭到拒絕,因為飲茶有90分鐘時間限制,如入座要即刻計時,所以叫我在門口等候,其實當時顧客並不多,有很多吉枱,不用訂位,即時可以入座,覺得職員不識變通,令顧客感到不悦,幸好顧客真的不多,90分鐘後也沒有叫我們結賬,令我們可以盡情暢談。我們叫了很多點心,有燒買,雞札,芋角,蒸蘿蔔糕,鮑汁鳳爪,醉雞,蘿蔔絲酥,义燒包,虾腸和炒米粉,點心正常水準,味道較濃。最欣賞的是醉雞,酒味濃,調味好,雞皮爽,雞肉嫩滑不會鞋,好味道。虾腸外皮晶瑩剔透,虾肉爽而鮮甜,再加上甜豉油,不錯。 continue reading

老公同事上星期約食大閘蟹套餐,我就揀咗大前日(30-11-2023 Thur)晚,而我哋5個都係話嚟旺角呢間,我哋book咗枱,嚟到坐低就即話要2皇1后大閘蟹套餐,就要咗1位同4位餐.開咗茶就即俾咗兩兜花生我哋,兩兜味道都好淡,淡到冇乜味.首先嚟到嘅係煙鴨胸併青瓜鴨胸正常冇問題,青瓜新鮮爽口,但女同事R嫌醃青瓜唔夠味.3分2. 蟹肉芙蓉羹味道都係清,而豆腐滑嘅.3分3. 每人2隻大閘蟹公蟹公膏少,啲肉竟然有啲嚡.2.8分4. 鮮拆蟹粉小龍包蟹粉味道唔濃,咁同食普通小龍包有乜分別.2.8分5. 極品花雕醉雞(半隻)呢個係4位餐裡面,由於我哋重食𡁵大閘蟹公,冇人得閒理佢,擺耐咗就變風乾雞,到得閒食得喇,食到酒味但唔會苦,而鹹味亦到幾出,不過唔過鹹,可接受嘅.3分6. 叫上嘅大閘蟹后蟹后嘅膏多啲,但實同肉少.3分7. 翡翠炒蝦球大隻嘅蝦仁爽口但好鹹.2.7分8. 黑醋霜降肉呢個喺1位餐裡面,我同老公share最嗰件,咁就可以每人食1件,呢個味道ok,口感都彈彈地嘅.3分9.蟲草花浸時蔬蟲草花同白菜味道唔係好夾,不過口感都正常嘅.3分自己加嘅:10. 蛋白炒飯炒得好乾身,味道係好清嘅.3分11. 鎮江骨?做咩叫個同套餐差唔多嘅,佢嘅味道同黑醋霜降肉差唔多,不過瘦嘅肉就好鞋,有骨嗰啲好少少,彈啲.2.5分12.
