To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

復活節有幾日假期，約左幾個舊同學茶敘，在Open Rice 訂了枱，我早到了15分鐘到達，於是問下可否早些入座，但遭到拒絕，因為飲茶有90分鐘時間限制，如入座要即刻計時，所以叫我在門口等候，其實當時顧客並不多，有很多吉枱，不用訂位，即時可以入座，覺得職員不識變通，令顧客感到不悦，幸好顧客真的不多，90分鐘後也沒有叫我們結賬，令我們可以盡情暢談。我們叫了很多點心，有燒買，雞札，芋角，蒸蘿蔔糕，鮑汁鳳爪，醉雞，蘿蔔絲酥，义燒包，虾腸和炒米粉，點心正常水準，味道較濃。最欣賞的是醉雞，酒味濃，調味好，雞皮爽，雞肉嫩滑不會鞋，好味道。虾腸外皮晶瑩剔透，虾肉爽而鮮甜，再加上甜豉油，不錯。
