To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日正值年初四，應該好多地方都已經開咗…今晚一個人突然之間想食泰國菜，就走去教育路呢間小曼谷好難得呢一間新年流流都唔使特別服務費….只係好似平時咁加1就得啦🤩🤩入到去都已經坐滿人…好彩零零舍舍有一個單獨位俾我坐🥹🥹呢度真係有好多唔同種類嘅泰國菜我好鍾意食咖喱，但係又唔食得太辣所以就叫咗呢個黃咖喱海鮮…118元…其實份量唔會好多，但係每樣嘢兩粒兩粒…例如兩隻蝦兩隻魷魚，但係有三隻青口仲有兩粒帶子😍😍不過坦白講個咖喱真係好惹味🫨🫨🫨尤其撈飯好味道到震💐💐💐再叫咗呢個走辣嘅肉碎蛋飯…隻蛋啱啱好仲係留心嘅啲汁咇晒落去啲飯度另外佢啲肉碎好飽滿粒粒分明，而且有質感。係軟熟既…最緊要我撈晒黃咖喱汁一條友將呢兩樣嘢清晒滿足的一晚😁😁😁
