No reason not to try their signature 𝟖 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 xiaolongbao-s when they look so photogenic and delicious!! The staff suggested us the best order to eat them - by starting from the lighter flavours, then go stronger one by one. No doubt living up to its reputation, each thin-skinned xiaolongbao was succulently filled with piping hot soup, with my personal favourites being the black truffle, foie gras and garlic flavours( ´▽｀) The shanghainese noodles in 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩 was really great too, not overly soft and topped with a generous portion of 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 that melts in your mouth instantly!!

八色小籠包是這家的招牌菜(加上拍起來色彩繽紛真的很美)當然要點來吃看看 – 店員貼心的教我們推薦的食用順序,由淡吃到濃口味的, 每一顆都皮薄且充滿鮮甜的肉湯汁, 果然名不虛傳! 個人最喜歡黑松露、鵝肝和蒜香, 下次去要每款單點八顆( › ·̮ ‹ )拉麵也很好吃, 半肥瘦的紅燒扣肉份量挺多, 入口即化 ( ´▽｀)面條略帶咬口, 不會太軟爛, 配上一口香濃豬骨湯, 是滿滿的幸福感~
