To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男朋友去慶祝佢轉工，男朋友鍾意食芝士，咁岩見到哩間餐廳有張好吸引既拉芝士相！於是網上訂座黎試試哩到既晚餐。第一樣點左比佢吸引你嘅瑞士傳統熱熔芝士配火腿。見到侍應拎住啲芝士過黎個刻勁開心😂侍應批咗一啲芝士係上面，芝士加火腿加火箭菜，火箭菜令到成個餸都冇咁膩，而且好有豐富嘅口感，like ! 之後再叫左個芝士焗蟹肉大啡菇，大啡菇好多汁咬落去好juicy ，但蟹肉味就唔係好食到，不過整體上都ok既！最後我叫咗個炭燒西班牙黑毛豬配蜜糖芥末汁，因為係炭燒，所以出面既皮脆脆地，入面啲肉鮮嫩多汁。男朋友話黑毛豬黎講佢都算係肥嘅豬，睇落男朋友都好滿意，而且個蜜糖芥末汁都好開胃配搭得好好！我哋叫咗兩杯野飲， 一杯係甜甜地好岩女仔飲既LAB EAT PUNCH , 另一杯係酒味重d既yuzu margarita ! 哩個星期日用哩餐黎做ending ,真係好滿意！
