Book左位係度慶祝生日。可能係星期五的關係,我地被安排左坐係門口,而且係高枱不過坐落都ok的,只係張枱係張小圓枱,唔放得太多野,枱的外圍又有少少斜。所以啲野都要放中間先安全見到有walk-in客,都同講話無位,full house啲食物都上得幾快,唔使等太耐。蒜蓉茄子,正常,無燒燶,好juicy,唔知油定汁呢個鹹,落鹽落得重手左。唔會太乾枝豆($38)係炸的,唔係蒸的。但口感都差唔多,正常。雖然佢寫海鹽枝豆,但就無芫茜咁鹹。右上係燒牛舌($49),厚厚地切,都係正常味道,唔乾。右下係雞腎($24),揀左鹽燒。覺得size有啲細,但都燒得好好,無乾到。呢個都係正常野,啲蠔又有啲細粒。所以之後encore左芝士燒蠔($68).個fd本來想叫原隻燒鮮魷魚,點知叫左呢個。我地都食得七七八八,因為燒得幾好,唔太乾又唔太硬。好甜,甜得滯,都唔知真係個菠蘿甜,定加左啲糖係面,所以咁甜。不過佢就無渣,仲好juicy添。呢個係我覺得全店最好食的,所以都rncore左。juicy,爽脆,肥美。仲叫左蜜糖雞中翼($36),點知來左山賊雞翼。好在有人食辣的je.叫左推介的馬來西亞大蜆($88)無咩特別。都j

枝豆($38)係炸的,唔係蒸的。但口感都差唔多,正常。雖然佢寫海鹽枝豆,但就無芫茜咁鹹。

右上係燒牛舌($49),厚厚地切,都係正常味道,唔乾。
右下係雞腎($24),揀左鹽燒。覺得size有啲細,但都燒得好好,無乾到。

同平時係餐廳食的差唔多,無蒜蓉味。

燒美式豬肋排($88)半條
好似有4-5條骨左右。但有啲肥,又燒唔出有烤的風味,唔推介。

燒秋葵($24)同燒翠肉瓜($19)
秋葵有4條,都係燒得可以的。
翠肉瓜厚切,有兩塊。好juicy。

唔過甜,好足料,滋潤下就啱曬喇。

不過呢度啲男員工定老闆就唔係咁友善。所以會唔會encore呢間都要考慮下
