To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入到去就被一大片粉紅花雲海吸引,好IG-able。大大隻霓虹燈寫住:홍콩 사람들 힘내자💪🏻想食炸雞嘅我點咗經濟又實惠嘅韓式便當配炸雞。唔好以為炸雞只係Side dishes,炸雞都有三舊大件,可以選擇唔同口味,我就選咗絕對唔伏嘅蜂蜜味,甜甜地好正。可惜,炸粉相對少厚,雞肉有少少嚡。便當係韓式拌飯作為韓迷當然喜歡,如果更辣更好。韓餐唔少得嘅小菜,酸蘿蔔係我嘅至愛之一,泡菜就偏酸,冇咩甜味。友人叫咗軟殼蟹忌廉汁意粉,軟殼蟹坐立係成隻碟嘅中心。多謝友人Happy share,軟殼蟹炸得香脆。
