To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走到新世紀廣場已中午一點九，想飲杯茶吃個包， 就上6樓鴻星酒樓，早巳大排長龍等入座，我即刻取飛等候，職員告知派發的飛係兩點下午茶時段，多等10分鐘已可入座。最後未夠兩點已安排入座，過程流暢，雖然人多但唔混亂。魚湯浸白菜 ，魚湯呈奶白色， 魚湯味鮮甜而且白菜都浸得好入味。點心拼盤有蝦餃、燒賣、蟹肉餃、潮州粉果各二，滿足到款款都試下既心態，蝦餃彈牙但唔大隻， 其餘都不過不失。 叉燒腸粉， 皮略嫌唔夠薄，但叉燒入味，尚算合格。 燒味三款，燒肉皮脆，叉燒三肥七瘦但都冧，淆肉酒味香濃，三款都做得不錯。蝦多士，這款懷舊點心已好少洒樓有做，多士做得香脆鬆化，蝦膠足料。
