呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅居酒屋長期都係咁多客人 因為好多人都係衝住佢嘅申子和牛燒而黎😝 有得睇師傅即席燒和牛 真係值回票價🙈申子和牛燒呢個係鹿兒島A4和牛 一上枱師傅問我地平時食牛食開幾多成熟🐮 非常貼心 師傅燒和牛嘅表演大概要3至4分鐘😺 好快就有得食喇👏🏼 入面再配埋特製嘅和牛醬油 甜甜地好易入口 和牛將蛋同飯包裹住 入口充滿油香 面頭嘅魚子更可以解膩 真係令人回味無窮🥰海苔拖羅赤膽壽司呢個亦屬於申子特撰上面嘅菜式 材料好新鮮 有拖羅 海膽同魚子喺入面 我哋冇點豉油 已經覺得好好食🤤 口感好豐富 用脆脆嘅紫菜包住就一啖可以食晒咁多種材料和牛壽司只要like 社交平台就可以獲得和牛壽司🍣 呢件和牛都係充滿油香 唔會有筋咬唔開 食落口又唔會太油膩火炙大蝦讚岐手打烏冬手打烏冬好掛湯 因為呢個湯係比較杰身 上面有大量櫻花蝦 再有一隻火炙過嘅大蝦🍤 濃郁嘅蝦湯好鮮味😋西尾抹茶熱鮮奶呢杯相當有驚喜 雖然冇拉花 但係抹茶味道非常濃郁🍵 好似喺日本飲抹茶一樣 後勁凌厲 有幾強嘅回甘蜜桃乳酸梳打店員有提醒要將底下嘅糖漿攪勻 喺坊間飲嘅乳酸梳打 通常都好甜 但係呢杯味道啱啱好🍑 我好鍾意呢個啊見到每枱都有嗌呢
