With glowing reviews from friends and a reputation for excellence, my expectations were high, and I was not disappointed. 《申子居酒屋 - 銅鑼灣》一直都係食開佢哋旺角店,因為最近成日過銅鑼灣呢邊做嘢,收咗工之後都會捉埋個同事食埋晚餐先返屋企🤓我同佢都喜歡去居酒屋,想要安安靜靜飲杯嘢傾吓偈食飯首選一定係呢間良心小店😎銅鑼灣分店位於樓上舖,店舖入面都擺住好親切嘅佈置同裝飾,個月亮打卡一流btw😜不過呢度飲酒都的確幾平,除左全日酒精飲品買一送一之外,平日晚上八點後全單都會有八五折😳所以好多人都會趁優惠時段先過嚟飲返杯再食飯😉當日我哋兩個人叫咗五樣嘢食,本來係諗住少少哋食住先,點知最後都係叫得太多勁飽🤓💁🏻‍♀️蓬鬆玉子不得不提,佢哋嘅玉子燒係好出名的,如果鍾意食澎澎湃湃嘅芝士同埋流心感既玉子燒,你就一定要試吓呢一個招牌菜式啦🫶🏻上面章魚燒汁同埋沙律醬,十分濃郁好味道👍🏻💁🏻‍♀️鹿兒島A4和牛茶漬飯我嘅牛魔王同事同我一樣都好鍾意食茶漬飯,不過平時好少會配搭和牛呢種高貴食材😬滾熱嘅茶湯淋上充滿油花嘅牛肉上面,茶湯嘅熱力將和牛燙熟四成,入口仲係保持住軟嫩嘅感覺,油脂融化咗喺湯入面,食落茶湯清香但係又不失肉味💁🏻‍♀️極上鹽燒牛舌芯每次必要嘅牛舌芯,入口爆汁而且Juicy,質地係彈牙嗰種口感,而且厚切嘅做法令人食落1好滿足,我個人覺得連鹽都唔使點已經好好食👍🏻必食💁🏻‍♀️汁煮左口魚裙邊左口魚裙邊係我近期嘅大愛,一般都係配搭壽司一齊食🫶🏻不過汁煮嘅做法又幾特別喎,本身左口魚都係充滿油花嘅魚類,經過汁煮之後變得濃郁,上面嘅三文魚子有助提鮮,同樣係申子居酒屋嘅招牌菜式之一💁🏻‍♀️洋風筑波卷同事當晚不停讚呢一個雞卷特別,有少少芥末既香味,入面又有紅蘿蔔同荀,食落爽口,雞肉既燒汁同雞皮融入,所以食到好多層既味道,幾有驚喜🤓值得一試 continue reading
