Rosewood嘅餐廳相當有名氣,BluHouse絕對係其中之一。裝修好靚,黑白磁磚地板、雲石枱、藤椅,感覺真係好似喺意大利。空間感好足但好應聲,傾計要好大聲。Pizza al “testo” $268比起Pizza,更加似麵包上面鋪滿配料。麵包皮薄香脆,入面係大大個氣泡,濕潤且輕盈,充滿麥香。表面係火箭菜,滿滿嘅24個月巴馬火腿,加埋整個布拉塔芝士。配搭經典之餘,火腿鹹香簡直係昇華麵包麥香。麵包控必叫,但pizza控可能要失望了。Rigatoni alla Carbonara $238風乾豬面頰肉煎到極脆,單食超級鹹。卡邦尼汁係蛋黃、Pecorino羊奶芝士,加黑胡椒,羊奶味濃郁而恰到好處,但肉嘅油香未夠濃,而且Rigatoni本身唔夠索汁。Pistachio white chocolate Eclair $40閃電泡芙外殼偏軟但唔濕,餡料係白朱古力開心果,味道夠濃又好滑。我本身唔鍾意唔脆嘅泡芙,所以我唔推薦。*Vanilla cream Maritozzi $48包身雪凍而且偏乾,餡料係雲呢拿忌廉。朋友食完,表示係嘉頓忌廉包😂
