To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都知道大角咀既內街有唔少特色餐廳,我就好少黎呢邊既,都係朋友介紹先知道呢度咋~韓國小店味道濃,裝修又精緻,好岩打卡店舖唔大,燈光以紅色為主,幾有情調靚靚雀籠裝飾餐牌都靚連食物相都係自己畫既,真係好有心思未叫嘢食先上前菜百香果梳打先上,感覺清新百香果味道濃一個好特別嘅小食,炸蘑菇。一見到即叫呢個餸真係好少見唔算好油,蘑菇超多汁...啖啖肉,估唔到咁好食因為比餐牌既相吸引到而叫既個樣同張圖九成九相似,大大隻炸咗嘅軟殼蟹放喺意粉上面意粉汁超級Creamy,真係好好食,成碟清哂簿餅最後先上,厚底...海鮮份量適中建議三至四個人先至叫,真係好飽肚我地2個女仔都食唔哂,食物嘅份量正常,估唔到咁飽超級超級滿足埋單再加一都係$350左右性價比極高適合閨蜜聚會同拍拖去
