To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日放假，可以一早嚟到酒樓飲早茶，早餐時間是早上10點至中午12點前結賬，點心分別是七折和九折，點了數個點心。蒸雞飯：翻身太遠，雞的味道可以，反而豉油甜甜的，令這個蒸飯生色不少涼拌馬蹄糕：單看賣相已經吸引，用料十足，有很多馬締，入口不會太甜，我認為在眾多酒樓之中，這間酒樓造得最出色叉燒腸：普普通通，腸粉質地是滑滑的，叉燒也是可以的蝦餃，皮薄餡料多，蝦爽爽的，值得一試點心算不錯，如果職員的服務態度可以改善的話那麼便最好。
