之前喺旺角搭小巴經過見到有間新開嘅小店叫「指月🌖」。門面裝修似打卡Cafe,但睇餐牌發現原來係食正餐,而且價錢合理,所以早就決定要搵日嚟試吓😜。正藉Happy Friday就約咗朋友喺度食晏。小店面積唔大,我諗座位得大約二十個左右,不過店內木系嘅裝潢,再加埋牆畫同植物作點綴,有一種小清新嘅感覺🌿。餐廳食物主要分幾類,例如有牛腩、餃子、椰菜花飯同特色小食等,每款都帶有港式元素🇭🇰。女店員樓面工作做唔停手,但亦不忘為客人介紹菜式,仲強調全部無添加味精。老火蘿蔔豬骨湯餃子($48/8隻),我一向都鍾意食湯餃多過煎餃,因為前者比較健康,而且仲可以飲埋個湯。餐廳以蘿蔔豬骨湯作湯底🥕,老火湯滿有住家感覺,味道清甜,我哋成碗飲晒。豬肉餃子有分韭菜同西洋菜兩種🥟,冬天就當然要食西洋菜,菜餡明顯食得出甘味。餃子由店舖師傅每日新鮮包裝,形狀包得靚,餃皮滑溜,厚薄適中,而且成塊都好均勻。伴旁配以自家製辣椒醬🌶同醃蘿蔔,前者辣度唔講得笑,後者微酸開胃,脆卜卜。招牌蘿蔔清湯騸牯牛腩($62),牛腩係餐廳嘅招牌菜,佢哋選用矜貴嘅本地騸牯牛🐮。牛腩肥瘦得宜,肉質軟稔,肉味強,不過都唔夠湯底出色。蘿蔔清湯牛味極為濃郁

招牌蘿蔔清湯騸牯牛腩($62),牛腩係餐廳嘅招牌菜,佢哋選用矜貴嘅本地騸牯牛🐮。牛腩肥瘦得宜,肉質軟稔,肉味強,不過都唔夠湯底出色。蘿蔔清湯牛味極為濃郁,散發出牛脂香味,真材實料,但又唔會過鹹或油膩。由於無落味精,飲完都唔口乾。湯底咁正,配上新竹米粉就最適合不過🍜。米粉麵條幼細,口感幾彈牙,浸住湯都無變淋,而且非常掛湯。

XO醬肉鬆蝦仁無米炒飯($72),無米炒飯其實係指椰菜花飯🥦,雖然我並非生酮人士,但有時食吓都唔錯,因為無咁飽滯,不自覺間仲食多咗。椰菜花飯嘅菜式唔算罕見,一般以西式煮法為主,就好似意大利飯Risotto配醬汁咁;不過餐廳以港式炒飯咁整就第一次見!用XO醬炒「飯」滿有鑊氣,菜粒好爽兼入味,每啖都食到蛋、肉鬆同蔥等,另外仲有新鮮蝦仁🦐,風味十足。伴旁送多兩粒話梅車厘茄,酸酸甜甜好得意。

酒燒雞翼($34),🍗呢碟係單骨雞翼,有成十幾隻,望啲骨位似鮮雞咁啵。雞皮燒至微脆,肉質細嫩,調味又夠晒香口,唯一挑剔就係酒香唔算突出。

總括嚟講,呢間小店嘅出品令人滿意😋,每一樣菜式均用心製作,別具自家特色。我哋食到捧住個肚走,埋單每人都只係一百蚊多啲,性價比高。指月係我近期食完覺得最值得推介嘅小店👍,我一定會再次幫襯。
