慶祝朋友生日，看到介紹這間火鍋店的評價不錯，決定選擇去食。整體來講食物質素不錯，服務態度也很好，只是有一點給貴店（香江花月）留意並作出適當的改善。明白貴店有切蛋糕的費用收取，所以我哋不要求這個服務，只是純粹要求職員提供新的餐碟方便進食生日蛋糕（蛋糕是由本人切並分配給朋友），但職員話要收取費用，因為我哋在此吃蛋糕，她們還話是公司的要求，本人當然不願付錢，因為只是要求更換乾淨的碟，咁樣都要收錢。在今時今日的營商環境，香江花月仍有此的規條，怪不得港人要北上尋找美食和良好的服務質素。
