用餐時間係口1月15日中午十二點,我諗 應該我係最後一個食評,估唔到今日再去已經執咗笠。我呢位腸痴喺youtube視頻睇人介紹牛腸鍋之後,就慕名而來。呢度牛腸鍋滾得好軟稔,牛腸入口即化,甘香嘅牛脂滲入每一個味蕾,入口膏滑油香。佢層牛腸衣唔同其他喺食店食到嘅牛腸,層衣不但止唔韌,仲唔使點咬,可能早已經用其他烹煮方法處理過,齋滾唔會做到呢個效果。跟手嚟過用日本米煮成嘅飯加多一隻蘭王蛋撈落用牛腸鍋滾過嘅湯底裏面攪勻,牛脂嘅香氣混入濃郁嘅蛋汁比啲飯索哂
