To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次和寶寶來過荃灣福來邨一帶這邊吃過一次晚飯後,便很想把附近看似很好吃的餐廳都試一遍,於是今天下午,我們便來到海壩街這家很有清新氣息的日本餐廳!一進了小店,便覺得店舖的裝飾很有特色,一進門口即可見一幅顯眼的草藤牆,而天花板又吊了兩支有點像桃花樹的樹枝,非常有心思,給人清新又舒適的感覺☺️,連桌上的餐具架也都好像有用心配襯過,跟站在正門看這日式店舖的感覺很不一樣,店裏的所有擺設都充斥着老闆對店舖的用心,非常值得欣賞👍🏻❣️我們今天點了兩個午市套餐。感到驚訝又驚喜的是,這裏竟然「全日免加一」,我好像沒有見過一間連晚市也不需要加一的日式餐廳,立即覺得下次要晚上來吃😆。是日花茶—玫瑰花茶(餐飲)很多玫瑰花乾,通常跟餐送的餐飲只得4-5粒乾花,所以這杯很香很入味~玄米茶(餐飲)A5 初見四色刺身丼配味增湯 $88四色刺身包括三片三文魚、三片油甘魚、兩隻甜蝦及兩片帶子,另有兩片甜蛋、青瓜絲及蟹柳絲。三文魚和油甘魚非常新鮮,冰涼溫度剛好,口感厚實而不油👍🏻,帶子和油甘魚中間還夾了一片檸檬癖除腥味,所以放久了也沒有腥味。整個刺身丼也擺放得很美,很有心思❣️推薦!味增湯很多紫菜,足料味濃。E3 板燒雪花牛肉配

點的時候真的沒有預料到真的是「給你一塊板自己燒」的,還有八片牛肉之多🤩,另有冬菇、日本菇及南瓜,非常豐富,性價比很高!另加了$6 要烏冬,因為我這邊已經要了個魚生飯了,想多嚐其他食物😆。

把剛燒好的香熱多汁牛肉蘸上旁邊的燒肉汁或麵豉醬,入口惹味無比!更有畫龍點睛之感;喜歡鹽燒的朋友可選擇蘸上鹽巴,霎時會添上幾分鹽燒感😋 。不親自自己燒過一次後,也不知道原來日本菇燒起來也蠻好吃的☺️!


超級滿足的一頓午飯,下次一定要再來試試其他菜式😎!
