To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入到o黎呢間日本餐廳,適逢聖誕period,前面o既bar 檯整o左d 節日佈置。後方有一大片仿草牆身,天花又掛上o左零碎枯木,加上佢樓底好高,好有空間感,坐落好舒服。睇menu o既時候,見佢最後一頁有篇深情文,提到餐廳點解要叫「初見」,沉積住一昧「往事,只能回味」o既離愁別緒……o係ig 偶然都見過人po d 石板燒肉烚下烚下,同埋聖誕過後天氣顯著轉冷,都想食番d 熱o野,於是試o左一份板燒雪花牛肉配日式味素飯(跟餐$98 免加一)。雪花和牛絕對高質,佢o既肉汁同油份都好重,放上個鑪一遇熱o個下即刻爆汁,然後就散漫住一股強烈o既香氣,令人流晒口水!d 肉好快就熟,我諗每邊10 秒都差唔多(張圖因為影相需時,已經有少少overcooked)。跟定食付上o左三隻調味料,有鹽、燒汁同埋一款店員話係自家製o既牛肉汁。我每隻都試過蘸下,但個人覺得原汁原味已經好正,因為佢o既肉味本身都夠晒濃郁。除o左和牛,個定食仲有木瓜同一d 菌類做配菜。d 木瓜好鮮甜,而菇類o個d 本身無乜味,不過點埋燒汁同牛肉汁,一樣可以好惹味。至於個日式味素飯,伴以海苔同木魚碎等,令到個飯充滿鹹香。跟餐有一杯餐飲,店家

跟餐有一杯餐飲,店家推介o左檸檬水同柚子蜜,話都係自家配方,我揀o左後者。比出面飲開o既無咁甜,味道都ok,飲佢o黎下一下頭先燒肉d 熱氣都適合,係略嫌佢用熱水開但冰落得唔係好夠,攪兩攪已無冰了。
